Broken part. There is broken silicon part in 1 side.
Couldn’t return as they wrote no refund or new one for if it’s not in original packaging. How we know their broken parts if we are not open?

Item seem to be defected upon washing it I noticed this spot did not want to come off. Additionally to this there are hearts you are supposed to aline in the machine for it to be set properly, however they don’t properly aline either. I have used the machine %26 it seems to function properly. I would like for the suction to be a bit stronger on the highest level of 9 doesn’t pull as much milk out as my willow. I do prefer this to the willow in comparison to the weight. This one is much lighter %26 I am able to do much more comfortably wearing it compared to the willow.

Best product for moms. This pump is super Easy, comfortable, and discreet. It has a Lot of setting options. And I can use it while doing just about anything. I only have to stay away from water with it. Otherwise just put it on, turn it on and away you go… like it’s not even there.

Works well for me. Love this pump, it works well for me. Hopefully, I don’t have any issues with it in the future.

Preordering these from eufy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The output is impressive, rivaling my spectra! It’s remarkable to say that, considering these are wearables, but it’s true. I appreciate how simple they are to clean and assemble. They look great and are very user-friendly! The app is fantastic as well; I can track my output and customize many settings, including expression, speed, vacuum intensity, and duration. The heat feature is a nice touch that I only use when I feel engorged, which isn’t too often, but it’s still beneficial. Just keep in mind it does drain the battery faster. I can get 6-8 sessions on one battery, with each session averaging 30 minutes. The magnetic battery charging cord is also incredibly convenient. The travel bag is cute, but I haven’t used it since I have my own pumping bag with a milk storage cooler. Overall, GET THIS—you won’t regret it!

I really adore my s1; it delivers the same output as my spectra, and sometimes even exceeds it. I’m eagerly anticipating the release of new flange sizes.

This is an amazing hands-free wearable pump!

I’ve used the pumps multiple times a day since they arrived, and I absolutely love them! They’re so comfortable, have excellent output and battery life, and are easy to clean too! 🙂
Dani K. –
This product is ineffective; I experience significantly less pumping from this wearable than from others. The heat flow feature doesn’t provide enough benefit—opt for heat massagers instead, as they’re more affordable.
Brooks S. –
I really appreciate the warming feature; it consistently delivers excellent results!

I was close to giving up breastfeeding because of low milk supply. After purchasing this pump, my supply increased to meet my 4-month-old’s needs! I love it!

I initially tried the Olivia hands-free pump, but it stopped functioning after just two weeks. With my return to work approaching, I needed a different option and have now been using this pump for a couple of weeks. It performs well and gets the job done. My only issue is that milk can leak when pouring if not held properly, but once you get the hang of it, things run smoothly. I appreciate the convenience of using the app for settings and like that the charger has one cord with two ports for added ease. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pump.

The pumps have great suction and are nice, but assembling them correctly can be challenging, and they won’t function unless every component is perfect. Unfortunately, I don’t react well to the heat or the pumps themselves, which is really disappointing because I wanted to love them so much.

Best breast pump ever. I love this breast pump. Easy to wash, charge and use.

this pump doesn’t have carrying case. I am not sure why this pump doesnot have carrying case though name is same.I tried to find the difference between M5-V and M5 but couldn’t find any difference anywhere, very disappointed, not sure if this product is genuine or not

Momcozy wearable breast pump. It didn’t have good suction.
Jayln –
this pump leak so bad.. like majority of the milk is wasted.

Not how described when I purchased it. I ordered this double electric breast pump brand new. However, when i received it yesterday, it came used and disgusting. There was old dried milk in the pump parts and hair in the carrying case. As soon as you opened the carrying case it smelled like rotted milk.

Weak and Wasteful. Weak and wastes milk! First this wastes so much milk I cried. I was fit by a lactation consultant so I know the flange is right. Weak pulling into the cup. Not only does milk flow back down your boob, it gets in all the parts. This has no where near the pull of other pumps, which lactation warned me about, but I was shocked how much less it pulled. Also the battery sucks- fully charged and didnt make it through three short 15-20 min pumps, when the box brags up to 8 pumps. I only had it between level 3-5 and it died on pump 3. I was hoping to use this during the day with baby, but it is so unreliable and wasteful it has made me cry, 100% not worth it.
Pics of leaks around flange plus flow all around, milk in the valve, and unpictured the 5-10ml that poured out upon detaching it from my breast.
I am a C. If you are giant like the model on the box, maybe you will have better luck with milk just falling into the cup. i wouldn’t risk it.

Suction is a little on the soft side. It works well. I love the size and that it isn’t extremely loud. Although the suction could be quite a bit stronger. I feel like if I was to develop a clog or “milk bleb” the power of these pumps wouldn’t be able to pull it out, and I would need to switch back to my hand pump from the hospital.

1/5. No flange fits, and I’m always spill no matter what position I put it in. There’s always something spilling unless I’m holding it with my hand. So much for hands free.

Doesn’t latch properly ! WASTE of MONEY. I’ve been using the Momcozy breast pump for the past eight months, and it has been quite frustrating. Instead of effectively milking into the bowl, it often leaks from the sides. I initially chose this pump because it was expensive and seemed promising, but it hasn’t lived up to my expectations. Even though I align my nipple correctly, sometimes it works well, but other times it leaks or fails to suck at all, even when there’s milk. This inconsistency has now led to supply issues for me.
NO, I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG!!! I have best match of flannel and I do put it properly BUT IT WON’T DO IT’S JOB!!!

M5 Review. I liked this pump and the only two reasons i give this pump 3/5 starts is because the motor was always malfunctioning on me . It would be fully charged and pump for 15 mins and die again needing to be fully charged again. One of the motors just stopped charging i ordered new chargers and it still didnt work just kept blinking. Suction was amazing though and gave me great output. Personally i have the V2 pro and i liked it better than this pump.

Love the outcome of this pump , best decision I’ve made in purchasing

Love this pump. I love this pump! Suction is good, easy to clean and battery is not in the way to get liquid damage like my other pump. Only thing I wish it had a timer to see how long I have been pumping for.
Kaylen –
Frustrated. I bought these pumps a little over a month ago. Today is 2/21/25 and I purchased these on 1/8/25. And already one of the pumps is not working, so now I only have one that’s working right now. Breast feeding and pumping is hard enough without the added stress from having unreliable pumps.

Not a fan. Not a huge fan of this pump, it hurts and doesn’t empty all the way! The battery life last for longer than I was expecting! And I feel like it’s louder than the normal electric pumps
