Good for the money. I got this because I just don’t have time to vacuum as often as I’d like. It’s not the best thing ever, but it does the trick. I still actually vacuum every now and then, but this things really helps out. It’s always full even when I think I vacuumed everywhere. It keeps the mess at bay until I feel like I need to do a deep vacuum. The only place that frustrates me is my area rugs. (Pictures are attached.) The vacuum isn’t strong enough to get the dirt out of the little groves in the rugs. And for some reason, the cat hair just continues to build up. (Makes me wonder if it’s it’s just these rugs or if the hair is caked on all rugs and I just can’t see it with the naked eye, because it’s deeply embedded. Ugh) Anyway, I’d buy it again. It is such a huge help. It’s easy to empty and clean hair out of the roller. Now, I just need one that climbs stairs! And a robo-mop! Lol

If you have pets you’ll love it. Long story short my son-in-law moved in with us recently and I saw the box when we were moving his stuff but it was another brand more expensive and I said can I try it? He said shure and I was sold the thing his was kind of expensive so I researched and I came across this one and I’m very happy I did bought it and I’m using it every day.

Works as stated, loving this robovac! I’m really pleased with this robovac. It does map as it goes so it finds it was home easily. It doesn’t remember the floor plan but it’s movements are more calculated and it doesn’t get stuck in one place. I haven’t had any issues with it getting stuck anywhere or sucking anything up. If even pushes up against my Christmas tree skirt without it getting stuck. The suction is great and the debris compartment is plenty large. It also cleans for 45 minutes. It’s able to clean all 1000 sq ft of my bottom floor and make it’s way home with plenty of battery life left. 10/10, would recommend to friends and family.

one awesome robot vacuum. i’ve had a Roomba for about 10 years and decided to try this brand. OMG it’s an awesome cleaning machine. i run both vacuums at the same time to see how much each picks up and the eufy vac is handsdown ten tmes better at vacuuming. it’s also extremely quiet. it’s low profile gets under the sofa and loveseat without getting stuck. we have two cats that shed alot and the amount of hair this vacuum picks up is amazing plus the dry cat food they scatter. the photos are the dirt collectors of the two vacuums. anker is the first picture, roomba the second. you can see the anker vac picked up way more dirt.

Get it if you hate moving from plug to plug! I absolutely love it, saves me from
having to get the vacuum out everyday and move the cord from plug to plug which I can’t stand doing, perfect for pesky little crumbs that my daughter leaves. It’s a lifesaver and perfect for a busy mom. If you doubt it’s suction power at first I’d say let it do the mapping of your home like it should and adjust the suction as you like or better yet use the boost IQ mode so it knows where which type of flooring is in your home and will adjust as it vacuums.

What a bummer. This thing worked incredibly well for the first 3-5 months then suddenly died. Battery issues left and right. Customer Service is AI ran, so works well enough if you follow instructions to send receipt, serial number, and video of issue at hand. Did all the requested and received a new battery via mail. New battery has exact same issue.
Beyond frustrating and I didn’t purchase this for a deal but full retail from Walmart around summer 2023. AI is not helpful with 2nd contact to customer service. Wasted time and money.

Just get it!! This product really serves its purpose. I enjoy not having to sweep my apartment every night I can just turn it on while I am washing dishes and let it do its thing! I love using the app but I like that it also has a remote for the people that is not tech savvy.

My cleaning buddy! What can I say about my cleaning buddy!? I absolutely love this little guy! I wanted to buy one last year when they had a big sale but someone told me they’d give me theirs, only they did not. So I snatched it up this year. I went with this one because it had better reviews. I just wanted something simple to pick up the goat heads (puncture weeds, stickers) because I was tired of finding them with my bare feet—ouch! I have a wonderful vacuum cleaner but I don’t have time to use it every single day, multiple times a day. This robo vac is so easy to set up. I downloaded the app. I think the random setting works best. Sometimes I just turn on the vac as I’m walking by and don’t even use the app. It’s easy to empty. It picks up so much hair! We don’t have animals but we have girls with thick long hair and they shed a lot. I watched it pick up a goat head and I haven’t stepped on any since I got this. Bonus—it motivates me to keep everything picked up. Obviously it’s not going to do as well as a deep clean with a powerful full-size vacuum cleaner, but it does a well enough job that when my kids came home from school, they said, “Wow! You cleaned!” It has only gotten stuck a few times when the rug was bunched up. Other than that, I’m impressed at how it goes right over the top of rugs. It cleans my vinyl flooring as well as my carpet. Overall, I give it two thumbs up! I love it and wish I bought it long time ago! I run it while I’m doing dishes and laundry, so I feel like I actually have someone helping me clean instead of me doing all the work.

A happy Dog owner. Extremely pleased!!! I had 1 of a different brand and the battery life wasn’t long. This thing cleared my floors so well! I have a decent square footage and to hair shedding Chihuahuas! Vacuuming by hand was exhausting! This thing looked like it shaved a dog in the collection bend! I got the whole vacuum and base set up only to get a “s1” error code which I found out that error code means that there is a problem with the battery. I tried everything in the article I found on line to no avail. I couldn’t find the error code in the owners manual.

Not charging. I bought this as a replacement for one I had to send out to get repaired and was stolen from my mail room when it came back. I wanted to give Eufy another chance. I got it today and product came defective out of the box. It’s giving me a battery error. I can’t even get help from customer service because they are not available on Sunday. Thank goodness I didn’t gift this for Christmas. Go with another brand. I was not able to connect the app on my phone to my device because the vac was screaming there was a battery error. I can’t say anything on suction because it’s not charging.

doesn’t do well with area rugs. I have 4 area rugs. Three of them are thicker, and it struggles to get on them, and if it does, it does not perform well at all and it makes lots of noises. the thinner one, it just pushes up the edge and ties to roll it over.
It seemed to be very quiet the first cycle, but after the 3rd cycle, it is just as loud as our 2 year old vacuum.
It does clean the bare floors like it should.

Don’t get the warranty !!!
I have been battling for a month to cancel it, production was returned.
The product may have been fine, but I returned it because was not what my son wanted (he wanted the one that mops also).
The return went ok, yet Walmart could not return the cost or cancel the warranty – even though the product was not kept.
It appears that what Walmart is selling online is mostly from a 3rd party vendor. Easier to go in the store to purchase and know what you’re getting.

Big time saver. This vacuum saves me time when I’m working. When the suction is on high, it picks up well. It does need to be cleaned often as hairs get caught in the bristle. But it’s so easy to take apart and clean. Filters are so affordable and easy to replace. The charge stays very long. It stops when it gets to my stair case which I love it’s never fallen before. I would say it does not pick up dog hair too well from carpet, it has to run for a while in the same spot to get up the dog hair but the plus is it doesn’t stop and get tangled.
