Setting it up was incredibly easy! I had it out of the box and operational in just a few minutes! There are numerous options, and the app is user-friendly! A few years ago, I purchased the eufy security camera system, followed by the doorbell and the deadbolt system. Now, I just need to upgrade my HomeBase 2 to HomeBase 3. I haven’t experienced any issues with any of these products. Recently, I bought the Omni X10 Pro to replace my Roomba J7+ and Braava M6, and it was the best decision I could have made. The Roomba doesn’t even come close to cleaning my floors as effectively as the Omni X10 Pro does; it feels like I mopped them myself. The features offered by the Omni X10 Pro for the price are incredible. Thank you, eufy, for keeping this system affordable compared to other brands that offer similar products.

I have been very pleased with the Eufy X10 Pro Omni’s performance over the last four days. I’ve tested it thoroughly, mapping both floors of our home, setting no-go zones, and trying out various modes for mounting and vacuuming. I’m quite impressed with its performance, and I’m confident it will improve even more with future updates.
The vacuum operates quietly, barely disturbing our pets, although the self-emptying feature at the base station sounds like a typical vacuum. It effectively avoids cords and recognizes items like trash cans and even a bathroom scale. It hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere. The mopping function is unexpectedly efficient and would be even better with regular use.
While the self-cleaning brush roll feature is helpful, I still notice some pet hair getting tangled around the roll. Setting the vacuum’s suction power to maximum definitely helps. The rubber fins on the roll make it easy to remove any hair that gets caught, preventing it from wrapping tightly around the inner roll.
I would highly recommend this robot vacuum.

Item was used and box was full of hair/dust. Title and photos says it all. Photos taken once I opened the box. The prior person returning, and the company reselling the item, didn’t even attempt to clean up the item. Ugh, need to wash my hands.. gross.

Misled by marketing materials and images. I had previously owned a Eufy 11S that worked well for five years. Unfortunately, one of the wheels broke and I decided to replace the vacuum with one of the same model. Walmart listed the 11S for a discounted price and I jumped on the sale. However, when the delivery arrived, I noticed some differences between it and my former product. The 11S that was delivered only has one rotating arm rather than two. I thought I had ordered a different product model, but even the picture on Walmart’s website shows the vacuum with two sweeper arms. After using the new vacuum three times, Ive noticed the swinger arms are already bending. I could switch the arms back and forth between the two sides on my previous product so that the wear and tear stayed even. The body of the new vacuum also seems to be made of a different kind of plastic. Overall, I did get the product at a great price, but I feel very misled considering the marketing material does not reflect the current product accurately.

We purchased our first robovacuum to save time and money. After thorough research and seeing excellent reviews, we decided to go for it, and it has proven to be a fantastic choice. Without kids or pets, the X10 Pro’s job may not be too challenging, but we are very pleased with the cleaning quality on our glossy white tile. We are also confident it will perform exceptionally well when we eventually have pets. It boasts numerous impressive features, advanced technology, and an easy-to-use app. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the same exact model at the end of 2022 from Amazon, which is the eufy 11s slim model %23 T2108, and my robovac had two brushes on either side of it like it shows in the video! I just got the new one that I ordered 2 days that was on sale for the great price of $99. However, it only has one rotating side brush! I called Eufy customer service and was informed that the Eufy Design Team changed the design, but they did not change the model number or the video for this model.
Customers like myself who purchased this “redesigned” model thinking they’re going to get the same exact item I feel have been misled! I don’t know how their design team thinks that one brush is better than two! I know everybody is cutting costs on things, but one brush on only one side of it! I don’t know how that can be as effective as two with one on each side like the 1st one I purchased. I’m not happy with my purchase, however, I’m going to give it a try and see if it works as well as the one with the two brushes and if it doesn’t I’m returning it and trying a different brand.

junk do not buy. dont buy junk stopped charging after arriving then 2 days later low battery and flashes red and doesnt charge. move it around starts charging and 5 seconds later stops charging. its junk. i have the older verison g32 pro works great only thing is doesnt map the house only what areas it cleaned. buy a different brand. used to love eufy but not anymore.

Disappointed. It won’t charge up it doesn’t last more then10 minutes if it does get a charge. Most the time it doesn’t charge it should show blue as charged but it only shows sold orange

AWSOME! This is my second Eufy S11. I’ve had one that I purchased about five years ago, and when the battery died I ordered another one right away. It is nice to have a new one that runs so quietly. I was a little surprised because the old one had two side brushes and now it comes with just one side brush. I would hate to be without Eufy because she just goes and goes. I would NEVER vacuum for an hour and a half but Eufy just works and never complains like a girlfriend would. There are more expensive models but this one works perfectly in my house. I’m so glad I only went a couple days without Efuy cleaning the dust from under my bed.

Not a fan. I really really didn’t like the suction power. hair gets easily clogged in the brushes and the suction quite often. it is not very easy to clean. You cannot remove the wheel like other vacuums so hair accumulates and doesn’t move as good.

Great vacuum for dust and pet hair. Vacuums well, easy to empty and clean filters, easy to understand directions to set up and clean.Goes under most furniture (my couch is not quite high enough to allow vacuum to go under, but that is not any fault of vacuum. It saves me time and does a pretty good job of cleaning the dust and dog hair.

Newer not better. Used this item for almost 2 years until the vacuum motor started to sound like a jet engine. Ordered a new vacuum. This newer vacuum model only has a single brush up front now instead of the 2 brushes like the older models. I am returning this model and looking for a different brand. I wouldn’t recommend this model.

Great machine for the price! Easy to use, I only have to make sure no electrical cord is in the way. The side brush did get stuck on the edge of a carpet and by a sofa a couple of times, but it does a decent job in cleaning, not perfect, but for the price it is a great machine.
