my honest review. this bike is so good and even when you peddle you barley have to peddle for it to go fast. the only thing i don’t like is sometimes the throttle doesn’t work

Bike arrived very well packed. Put bike together. Noticed that the rear tire pressure was low. Put air in it and went for a ride. Next morning tire was flat again. Put in more air and checked for leak. Tire was leaking around valve stem. Ordered another bike and will take first bike back to store for credit. Overall bike performed great.

Ride On Brother! Great bike so far! Read a lot of reviews and it seems to me the power and distance complaints are probably bigger people like me so do get your hopes up to the moon. However it still moves baby! Oh yea it moves and get good battery life even for my 300lbs. For my 130 lbs sons it will kick them back on the seat. Would recommend going with the 27.5 tire if you’re a little taller like me.

Shippers need to protect better. It came damaged. The rear switch gear unit was bent in 3 places. Instead of dealing with shipping back I took it apart and fixed it myself. It works now.

The rear derailleur is damaged and currently not properly adjusted. Additionally, the rear wheel exhibits a noticeable wobble. Given that it is an E-bike, addressing these issues involves a more intricate process, making it less straightforward to remove and adjust the wheel. Moreover, contrary to what is depicted in the website’s images, the bicycle’s light does not connect to the battery; instead, it functions as a standalone light source.

I dislike that i try to reach out to yous and seller and no one responds to my calls or messages.My bikes front rim had deep scratches or cut on rims edge when it came out of the box

Horrible Purchase. The bike stopped working after 3 uses. Do not purchase this item. GCC Customer service gave me the run around. Walmart shouldn’t sell this bike and buyer beware you can not get your money back because it’s third party. Insure this if you buy it or JUST DON’T BUY IT.

E-Bike not working, Hardware Failure in normal use. I bought this almost 3 weeks ago and it worked fine till now. But now it just stopped working, The controller shows light in it and even a flash. After reading the manual I understood that the flash means Hardware Failure. Literally, I bought this bike for normal use and it broke in that. Also the manual is of now use as there are troubleshooting for such kind of problems. I don’t know if this is with all their bikes or just my bad luck with mine but I wouldn’t recommend it. It also doesn’t go at the speed the company mentions and instead goes at like 12 miles/hour on high pedal assist mode.

Rider Height. Bike is really nice. Delivery went well and pretty easy to assemble. Bike info states recommended height at least 5’3. I am 5’6 and find the bike difficult to mount and unmount. I am unable to touch ground from the seat in lowest position. It takes a lot of practice to use bike safely to keep from falling while getting off bike. Great bike for someone over 5’8

Not working well after six months. I used the Bike for 5 month no issue. Bike seat are loosen even after I tighten the seat its loosen immediately very hard and I have buy new one. Also Pedal assist is not working which also not good. Unfortunately I can’t return as well.

Best customer service and bike is really cool to. There was a small problem with the bike. Contact company and they were very quick about responding. Very helpful, sent them the error code they responded to what the problem was and sent out a replacement part immediately. Very pleased with this company. Will do business with them again!!

Don’t buy! No return policy!! This bike is a piece of crap! Broke after 2 weeks and 70 miles, affirm won’t give me a refund and Walmart tells me to contact the distributor, who is not answering phone calls or emails.

Disappointed and sad it is my only transportation. Bike is way bigger than described. My son took it for a ride too and it big for him!!! Sending pic with him all I have. I keep trying to get In touch with them for refund so I can get much smaller bike and I’m never getting through or having any luck! When I sit on seat I can not touch the ground . I have to stand on one foot and lean bike I took it for ride and when I stopped I fell because I couldn’t reach ground! I want a return . Tho was very costly for no one to be reaching out to me!
