DO NOT BUY. I bought it and had it for 3 weeks. I had a problem with the speed dropping by itself and then my battery would turn off. Walmart’s return system sucks. I had a lot of problems.. DO NOT BUY..

The light on the charger is green but batt empty. I have received my bike last monday but I can’t used it because I can’t charge the battery , (watch the video) I asked to the customer service to ship to me a new battery and I still waiting for a response . I am so desappointed

Bike great, Excellent value for money. The bike is solid and seems to offer excellent value for the money, provided it proves to be reliable over the long term. Assembly is reasonably straightforward. While it is on the heavier side, its performance is impressive, and considering the price, the quality is simply outstanding.

Worth the price! I purchased the most affordable E-bike I could find, and for its price, it offered good value. The assembly was straightforward, thanks to most of the bike being pre-prepared. The battery life matches the specifications, although it depletes faster on constant uphill rides. Overall, the bike proved to be quite satisfactory.

Good value for the money…. We bought two of these E-Bikes, our first experience with electric bikes. The assembly was easy, and everything was well-packaged. I must admit, they are impressively built for the price. The pedal assist works very well.
Overall, these bikes handle well and seem durable for entry-level E-Bikes. Will provide more feedback after putting more miles on them.

Made my wife laugh out loud! Bike came today. I assembled it fairly easily. ( instructions were not helpful ). I went to get wife at work and she took it out around large parking lot and laughed in joy !! It was awesome!

Worst bike, horrible seller. Terrible this bike is a really jerky ride to the point that it could be unsafe for an unseasoned rider. I’m currently trying to go after the seller since it should be under warranty and they are not helpful they just ignore all of my messages

BROKEN. This bike is broken. The seat won’t work and I’ve tried to get resolution thru here by “contacting the seller” TWICE. After that didn’t work because I received no response, I looked up the email and phone number and still haven’t reached anyone or gotten a response.

THE PERFECT ANSWER FOR ME. I’m a 68 year old active female who needs to not take her 3,009 car 1 mile to pick up my disabled son’s meds 3x a week. Great answer this bike that FLIES if I am not careful. What a joy going up that incline to the next road! This is A great machine and ADDICTIVE! Awesome Fun!!! Good quality, Good price. This is my first e-bike and I’m loving it. I’m not going to lie, it is heavy but it’s sturdy and has great power (and it folds). It was well packaged and it’s bigger than I expected. I’m 5’7” and I have the seat almost all the way down (it’s that tall). The instructions weren’t great due to the English translation being a bit choppy but there is a QR code for a video of assembly. (I would recommend putting the fender and headlight on first and then the front wheel, the video tells you to put wheel first then bend metal on fender to fit it through then bend it back). Anyway, between the instructions, picture diagrams and video, you will be able to figure out the assembly easy enough.
I was a little hesitant to buy this one due to a couple reviews stating the battery would not work. I think this has to do with the key. The key has to be IN the battery and turned to the ON position (it doesn’t mention this anywhere in the manual), then you can turn the bike on by holding down the power button on the display screen for a few seconds.
Also another review said the power assist was too jerky, I didn’t think it was that bad but it will jerk a little if you’re in gear one and power assist is on high (mode 5). It is a lot smoother though if you’re in the higher gears -or- if you turn down the power assist to mode 4 or 3.
This bike is so much fun and I’m so excited to have found something that gets my teenagers outside and off their phone’s (I let them pick their own e-bikes). I would definitely buy this bike again.

is ok customer service no good. Is ok, however the new model 2024 is updated, if you received a 2023 model return immediately comes with factory problems and the brand does not provide solutions

Broke in less than a month. Used the bike 3 times and now the Pedal assist does not work, also problems with the control display, sometimes comes on and cannot turn off, using the throttle is hectic, the bike has a tendency of taking off fast, have to be very careful starting with just the throttle. So far no one has gotten back to me about fixing this problem.
