I wish I could give this 0 stars my son was so excited for this spike as a christmas gift I started putting it together today Christmas Eve and it is completely broken the reflector light is crushed the spokes are bent straight out the don’t know if this was a return or not but I am a single mother and definitely can’t afford another bike

Scratched Bike. This bike has been sold out for a while at all my local stores and online. I was glad to finally find it at a store a little over an hour away and I immediately placed an order for pick up. I was really happy to get it until I got to the store to pick it up. At pickup I noticed a bunch of scratches all over the bike. I was disappointed that I received a damaged product, but I didn’t want my time and effort to go to waste so I had to accept it

Walmart sells dangerous bike. The first two bikes I bought that were box were in great condition, this bike which I bought out of a box from a Walmart Employee is dangerous and not using common sense. A Walmart Employee should never sells a dangerous bike to an customer. Rust was found over all of the chain, crankshaft, handlebars, levels and more.

Damaged frame. Awesome bike I love everything about it, unfortunately when I picked it up from Walmart i didn’t notice the frame was damaged:/ it’s a shame because i really do like this bike. It shouldn’t discourage anyone from getting it just really inspect it before buying it. Walmart doesn’t offer exchanges only returns. If the seller reaches out to hopefully exchange the bike I’d love to give it a proper 5 star review. Not the bikes fault but Walmarts.

Great entry bike. This bike is great for getting into drop bar gravel cycling or road cycling. The paint scratches easily so be weary of that but the price is much lower than the value in my opinion.

Don’t Wait to Purchase this Gravel Bike! This bike is so fun! I’ll ride my mountain bike, come home and spin this one around the block, and it never fails to put a smile on my face! Explorer G.1 size small frame is solid but very compliant. I simply cannot believe the value of this bike. I ride a Salsa Blackthorn and a Cannondale Habit HT1. This is my second Ozark Trail as I also have the Ridge (another crazy affordable and fun project to build and ride) and again, the build quality of the frame is unbelievable for this price point. I initially purchased this bike to help me figure out if I wanted to get into gravel bikes. As soon as I rode the Explorer, I knew gravel bikes were for me. Problem is, instead of buying the expensive gravel bike I was considering, that bicycle brand may not see my money. I might buy another Explorer for my girlfriend and just have fun!

Big happy camper. For the price, the bike is a great buy. The parts are good, and the frame can hold my body weight easily. I will be adding some camping gear on top of it, too. Ozark trail has a great selection of camping gear to choose from.

My first adult Bike. My first road bike as I haven’t had a bike since I was a kid. I’m 25 now, moved on from a pro sports career, and wanted to drop some weight. Running is too hard on my joints. I’ve had the bike 2 weeks and have already put 50 miles on it and I love it! I’m 6’3” 260 lbs and the medium frame fits me just fine. I’m having so much fun being out on the bike. The brakes, pedals, and stem height are so so, but I’ve done some mods and love it. Def recommend!

Flat tires and still delivered. Delivered with completely flat tires and coming off wheels. I’m really confused how this was even delivered. It is 100% clear the bike has two flat tires and a Walmart associate still has the bike delivered. Where’s the common sense?

boy bike. The bike did not come with all parts, we opt to add the assembly by a professional and when he assembled the bike the technician noticed that a few things were missing??? One of the main items I would like sent is the front brake shoe/pad is missing and he also stated that a tool to help assembly it was not in the box… I feel that my child can get hurt with the missing brake shoe/pad….

Awesome bike! Great bike! I had to adjust the brakes a little but everything else worked flawlessly. I’ve been riding this bike on the road to some single track and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it.

Damaged and marked up. Bought this bike on Black Friday, picked it up today and there’s an old Walmart sticker that says $98 on it. I paid $108.
I went and returned it because it was damaged. There was rust on the exterior and missing its kickstand.
Hope the refund processes soon. Going to repurchase a new Christmas gift for my son anywhere else besides Walmart. Very disappointed with the dishonesty.
