leave my hands-off the floor cleaning. Been testing the robot for about a week… so far I have not encountered any problems. it did a better job than I do with the swifter, cleaned the mops with floor cleaner, which has a nice lemon and basil fragrance(I love Basil), detected itself of how many times to mops and emptied the dirty water. What surprised me most is the touchable screen, making me super easy to connect to the internet…. My omni X1 had connecting issues and always lost conncet, drove me crazy….. But Freo didn’t have the problem. Strongly recommand

Stylish, beautiful home decor, so fit in my house. I have been collecting robots for 20 years now. The second I saw the email about the preorder event, and that the price for this was only $999,but the functions can beat all the falgship models of other brands. I bought it ASAP. I was considering buying Roborock S7 MaxV but after looking at the stylish, all-white, home-sweet-home vibe designs. I knew that Freo was the way to go.

Fab little robo for hard floors & cats. This little thing is perfect for hard floors! I have 2 little ones that leave a mess after every meal. My back was hurting from all the vacuuming and mopping. I bought this and its saved me so much time and back pain. It’s worth every penny.

Named her Alice. I have two boys at home, a corgi, and an Australian Shepard. I work a lot of 10-12 hour shifts on nights. We literally have tumbleweeds of corgi glitter during shedding season. Alice has been a blessing lol. I can set her to run while I am at work or if while working on other chores when I am at home. I come home and the floors are clean and all I have to do is empty the dirty water, fill the clean water, and empty the dust cup. It saves me hours every week. I love my Freo.

This little guy is great. I just had LVP installed and a friend showed me how great his Freo was I took the plunge. The floor is not even a week old and look at the dirt it pulls up! That cleaner solution must be magic! The bot is so quiet, but the dogs are watching him so he doesn’t go all Skynet!

Needs Improvement. So I really wanted to like this. If it can properly follow instructions and add to the map, it would be at least 4 stars, maybe even 5. Unfortunately that’s not the case. I was replacing some furniture and wanted the robot to clean the spot while I set everything up. Wouldn’t do it. Wouldn’t touch the spot even though the map now showed it was possible. Had to vacuum and mop it myself. Very frustrating. Why pay so much money if I have to do it myself? The other issue was trying to get it to mop and vacuum just my bathrooms. It started working on the hallway even though it wasn’t mapped as part of those rooms, nor selected as a room to clean. Fix these issues and I will love this thing. It does a great job cleaning, as long as there’s no large debris. Another issue was the vacuum entering my large open closet to map the house. You can’t set things as a no go zone until AFTER it has mapped. It got stuck and tangled on stuff and I had no choice but to pick it up and restart. I put a suit case in front to prevent it access the next time. Mapping is my biggest complaint with this thing.

Good but not good enough. Overall I think this product is not intelligent enough, it can not detect the carpet and normal floor and always stuck somewhere between. I would like to try Roborock again and choose between.

BEST VAC/MOP ROBOT IN THE BUISSNES. mop AMAZING i have 2 german shepard , 2 cats and my floors always look clean and fresh , it keeps up there shedding and dirt . only downside is the dust container i have to empty it out 2 a day :).

It can automatically return to the charging base to dispose of hair and dirt, clean the mop pad, and refill the cleaning solution. Changing the water tank/dirty water is also quite convenient, and I find that I only need to empty the cleaning bag or fill/empty the water tank about once every two months. This gadget is terrific; I leave it running at night and wake up to a spotless house in the morning!

GOOD. The triangular mop covers the floor very well and it’s clean! It also has strong obstacle avoidance and cleans everywhere it can reach on the floor by going back and forth. It operates quietly, not like the iRobot Roomba, which is loud, can’t sweep and mop at the same time, and often gets lost.

Love it! I’ve been using this robot for a while and it’s super handy! It lets you choose between a dustbin or a dust bag; I went with the dust bag, and say goodbye to constantly emptying it. It holds plenty! It even compacts the trash with a strong suction after it finishes cleaning, which is a total game-changer for hands-free operation. Disposal is a breeze too ?just toss it after seven weeks, no disassembly required. This robot offers great value for the price!

Give me more free time. I’ve been tracking this product for quite a while before I finally decided to purchase it, and I was thrilled when it arrived. The mopping feature is impressive; it can discern which areas need to be cleaned again by checking how dirty the water is that rinses the mops. Very happy with this purchase. We have three pets, and dealing with their fur has been a real headache. However, to date, not a single hair has become entangled in the roller. Given its vacuuming power, you can leave the dust bag untouched for as long as two months. And in comparison to iRobot, it operates incredibly quietly and is highly efficient.

Almost perfect. Keeping our varied floors spic and span used to be quite the chore acuuming was just not cutting it. But after leveling up to the Freo X Ultra, we’ve been blown away by the combo of vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. It’s been a game-changer in the clean department, not to mention a back-saver! The mopping function is a dream smudges or streaks, whisper-quiet operation, and the battery just keeps going and going. All with just water detergents nd it’s already tackling 95% of spills and spots, including those stubborn onesin the kitchen.

Extremely clean!! I picked up this robot vacuum a week ago and couldn’t wait to test it out in my two-story home. What really blows me away is the mopping function. I just set up the mopping task on the app, and in no time, the floors are sparkling. It gets every room clean, even tackling juice spills and hair in the corners. It’s smart enough to check if the floors are clean by examining the dirty water used to wash its mops ?how smart is that? Plus, in the freo mode, I can switch on the corner clean feature, which even keeps the area around my plants nice and tidy!

Great help. I purchased this to help keep our main living areas clean, which can be difficult with a shedding dog and two young kids. We use this nightly to vacuum and mop our downstairs main living areas like our living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It has been a great help, we previously had a robot vacuum but the Narwal is a step up in cleaning. We run this nightly around 0330 when everyone is asleep upstairs and come downstairs to clean floors in the morning. It takes about 35 mins to complete its job every night with one cleaning cycle. We tested how well it cleans twice so far by rubbing a damp paper towel on the floor in different areas and it didn’t show any dirtying. I estimate the water for us lasts about 6-7 days before needing refill. _x000D_

I empty the dustbin at the same time, so I am not sure how long it can go before it becomes full. I estimate it might last more along the lines of 3-4 weeks for our family before needing emptying. I am extremely glad it comes with a reusable dustbag and do not use disposable due to the cost._x000D_

The only cons I have for it is it can have a hard time getting around under tables and chairs so you might need to follow up with some vacuuming and mopping if you don’t wish to put up your chairs every time. I don’t mind the dust bin emptying too much because we are used to it with our old vacuum but in the future, if they did a self-emptying bin I think would be a great improvement._x000D_

Modern-day Jeeves. I’m so in love with Jeeves, my nickname for my Narwal. After getting a new puppy who sheds, I quickly discovered that I really need to vacuum and mop daily if I don’t want to see balls of hair and dust and footprints/dirt all over the floors. Problem is, I don’t have the time. The Narwal was the best purchase I’ve made in ages! Easy to set up and to program to clean specific rooms when I click on them, the Narwal is keeping my hardwood and rugs amazingly clean. I thought I’d use it mainly to vacuum, but I’ve set it to vacuum and mop nearly every day–it’s just so nice to have clean floors! Admittedly, my Dyson does a little better at vacuuming one time, but I couldn’t take the time to vacuum daily myself, and I rarely got around to mopping. With daily vacuuming and mopping, the Narwal is keeping my floors looking gorgeous.

Overall, a Big Help. This Narwal robot vacuum and mop system has definitely lessened the burden on my husband and I when it comes to cleaning the floors of our house. Before, I would have to dedicate a lot of time to sweeping and then mopping the floors, which was really hard to do with a new baby. However, we love to set up the narwal to clean while we are asleep, which makes for a very satisfying morning wake-up. The only reason I reduced the rating was mainly cuz the robot will clean well, but not stuck on food messes (which makes sense since these need to be scraped off). Moreover, the app does not have a help me section for the Narwal Freo X Ultra yet, so I’ve had to figure out how to use the app on my own since I couldn’t easily find someone on tiktok or youtube to help. Otherwise, this is still definitely a worthwhile investment for us.
