I was so disappointed in this product! We used it maybe two times and the handle literally melted while my son was cooking raumen. Nowhere in the product description does it say that you should remove the handle while your using it to cook. It had burnt onto the pot. I thought this was a super cool design and was space saving but it’s insanely dangerous to use! Please buy with caution!

IN LOVE!!!! These are PERFECT. I have a small apartment with a small dishwasher so these are perfection for the reason that the handle is removable and they are stackable too! I’m going to be buying the 11 piece set next! The quality is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them! I immediately used them to make a grilled cheese and it was 10/10 I have been eyeing the drew berrymore collection and caraway forever.. but I would choose these 100% if given the option!

DO NOT ORDER THESE PANS NOT SAFE. I received these pans for Christmas and after two times using them the coating is coming off! It’s peeling like paint! Not safe at all. I have not used any abrasive materials on them either to cause the coating to rub off. It’s disappointing because they are so pleasing to the eye but I’m not trying to poison my family.

Pots are not going to last. The large pot does not have any handle covers on them. The handles get extremely and dangerously hot and must be handled with pot holders. It’s the only one like that.The bottoms and insides of all of them are burned and discolored. I do like the way they heat up, are nonstick and cook but I’m afraid they are not going to last.

They are ok. I loved them at first, but over time the smaller pan I use often is now hard to use. Everything sticks to it %26 I always cook on low to medium. Today I cooked eggs standing at the stove constantly moving the eggs around they still stuck to the bottom.

Dang it…. I was so excited to get these. They’re beautiful, truly. And I do a lot of research before I invest in something, so I knew these pans were “fragile” with the coating on the inside. I purchased the silicone cooking utensils to try and prevent the scratching. I don’t use a dishwasher and I gently hand washed all my dishes. Today I noticed 2 of the pans have scratches in them ALREADY. I JUST GOT THEM 2 WEEKS AGO. Absolutely heart broken. Beautiful design but overall….I am unfortunately not impressed. And I already threw the box away so I can’t return them.

Loved so much I purchased another set! I first heard about this product from an acquaintance. She loved it so much and she had been using it for years. I had never heard of it, but figured I’d give it a try. Fantastic! Nothing EVER sticks. Love the color my kitchen is white so it adds a nice balance. The removable handles are great and makes for easy storage as they stack inside of themselves. I would recommend using the pot protectors. This helps protect from scratching, as well as removal.
Don’tAs with most people, I became more comfortable with the product and ruined one of my pants. How?
Don’t use metal utensils because it will scratch the bottom.
Have a dishwasher? Me too! Everything goes in the dishwasher, including my pans. But that’s a mistake because my water temperature gets extremely hot and it caused an adverse effect on the bottom. Wash by hand. It’s a quick and easy cleanup.
My photos are showing you two pans from the same set. One shows a bubbled lining from overheating and the other shows the effect of proper care.
Don’t use with a high heat because it heats up quickly and evenly. I ruined the teflon lining.
Customer service was wonderful and very understanding. They offered to replace the pan and now I am good to go!
Would highly recommend! With proper care, these pans may last a lifetime!

Love these! Long time user of these. My husband purchased my first set for me in November of 2022. I cook all meals from scratch due to food histamine issues in our family. Plus, the meals for my husband as he does not have issues. So you are talking using multiple pans more than 3 times a day plus washing. I live in the kitchen. I am hard on them. Our first lasted 1 month shy of 2 years. A couple of pieces, including lids, I still have. I was concerned the cream colored set couldn’t be as good. I have had this new set a while and love them the same. Even a bit better as they look nicer. My favorite is when I boil chicken. The white stuff from the meat is easy to wipe off the sides unlike stainless steel, which it sticks to. I am used to cooking with ceramic and know not to get it to hot. I still can fry and brown meats and veggies no problem. I love this brand. I hope they keep on making them. Now, I am gifting to others, including my mom, who has been enjoying them as well. It is nice having a matching set. These are much better than the single non matching brands I used to buy at the discount department stores like TJMaxx and Marshall’s.

Run don’t walk! I love this set! This is my 2nd set same color since I lost my 1st set in a disaster so when I seen them on sale it was a must I got them again. NOTHING and I mean nothing sticks to these pots. You can spray the pots with the sink hose and they will come clean. It doesn’t scratch easy and everything cooks evenly! The colors are always so aesthetically pleasing and fits right into my earth tone boho scenery.. GO GET THE POTS!! You won’t regret it.

Easy to clean. These pans are the best I’ve ever used. Nothing sticks to them, super easy to clean. But they also will crisp up the food if you like it like that. Lighter weight but not like a cheap Teflon pan. Handles are wood so I done get burned on my gas stove, which I hate but stuck with it. I prefer electric. Very nice looking too. Highly recommend

I wanted to love them. Overall, it’s a decent set of pans. Once I started cooking with them, they started turning colors on the bottom, %26 I can’t get it clean no matter how hard I scrub. The biggest disappointment was that the biggest pan arrived with the handle broken off. I was so in love with this set, %26 hate that I can’t use the pan the way it’s intended.

Excitment turned into Disappointment. i received it yesterday and was very excited to use these pots today morning, i even disposed off my old pots, i followed “before first use instructions” as well but unfortunately after first use which was just to warm a bread it stained badly from both sides, see attached pics. i am very disappointed. Looks wise ot is Ok but that doesn’t matter if this is the result. One pot has a dent too. which seems used or open box?

i bought these online over a month ago. I decided if they weren’t great no biggie the price was way less than I’ve paid for pots and pans before. Well, so far, I love them! I’ve used every one of them and they wash perfectly. I just wait till they cool and practically wipe out with 1 wipe. Sometimes the under side of the pans get some spots. I just
s.o s pad them. Easy! I also found a bonus. I use the big pot with a silicone steamer for veggies. Works perfectly. i may have to buy more! The handles do get hot but after 1 time you know to use pot holders!

Good, but could be better. Overall this is a great nonstick set. So far, no stains or things sticking to the surface. The color is beautiful and neutral. Cons: the large pan does not have silicone or protection around the handles so I’ve burned myself a few times when grabbing it. Also, they dont include a steamer insert in this set, which is a necessary addition.

This cookware is just what I needed. I really like this set of cookware because it is nonstick if you follow the instructions that came with the set. All foods are cooked on medium heat and the results are perfect to taste. They are all easy to clean, easy to store as they stack together nicely and the tan color is attractive and goes with everything.

Scary. The handles of my pots seem like they are turning into a HUGE fire risk, turning black- see picture. I have maybe used this pot 5 times. I use nothing more than low to medium heat on them. Very disappointed.

Skip this product. These were on sale and will do fine for gardening. For the kitchen, they stain easy, additional lids aren’t available by the manufacturer for the 2 other pots, some of the coating is already scratched off. The handle isn’t designed for heat. Cheaply made and not recommended for the kitchen.

Detachable handle melts if used with egg pan. I am a fan of Carote’s ceramic pots. This 13-piece-set is one of two sets I purchased over Black Friday weekend, and I just received it on Monday. I like the overall aesthetics of the pots, but this set has an issue. The egg pan CANNOT be used with the detachable handle because the handle ends up getting singed really badly. I used the egg pan for the first time Wednesday night, and while cooking I noticed a plastic burning smell occurred. The pot itself performed fine; it had an excellent nonstick surface and was easy to clean. But the detachable handle is damaged. This is not my first time using Carote items; my first purchase was last November 2024. I’m very familiar with how to use these handles. I even handwash my Carote pots and I take care to not submerge my handles in water, nor put them in the dishwasher. The handle is delicate, so I know to take decent care of it. This is the first time one of my detachable handles got destroyed and all from normal cooking use. I recommend people who own this see avoid using the handle with the egg pan. You can use it with other pots, but the egg pan is designed as such that the handle will sit significantly closer to the burner. (NOTE: I have an electric stove, so this might not apply to a gas stove or induction top.) As a result, the part of the detachable handle that connects to the pot WILL burn. This can happen just from normal use. It’s a shame because I’ve only had the set for 3 days and it’s already ruined.

Beautiful but Needs Better Coating. The reason I ordered a set of the Carote cookware is the extraordinary beauty, the concept of non-stick without chemicals, and the detachable handle that works on each item. I was also impressed by the high-end packaging, very nice touch.
After cooking only twice in the smaller sauce pan, once in the skillet, I was shocked to see scratches on the bottom of the sauce pan. I use only wood or nylon utensils so this should not have happened. Fortunately, the skillet I’d made pancakes in has no scratches.
In the photo of the bottom of the sauce pan, there are tiny hairline marks. This was after using a wooden spoon with a rounded edge and followed the instructions to use enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, so the scratch marks may have been from the heat? Very odd and there are several of the hairline marks.
I also noticed a lingering smell of onions after handwashing the pan (both times I sautéed onions first, then added the other ingredients) so I soaked the pan in warm water and a little baking soda, which usually gets rid of smells.
It didn’t. Still smells like onions.
The odd thing was that a couple of the tiny ‘orange’ dots that are in the coated material floated to the top of the soaking water. Really? They came undone from the coating material?
So I would NOT recommend this item and am trying to find a way of using them so I don’t just throw them away (don’t want to donate them to an unsuspecting user).

But only if you cant afford anything better. First off, even though im not giving this set a stellar rating, i like them enough that im not going to replace them yet, thou indo worry a bit about just how safe the nonstick coatings on these pans are.
1st, I’m using these pans exclusively on an induction cooktop. The steel induction plate thats peessed into the bottom of these aluminum pand is very thin and deforms easily with the slightest amount of excess heat. This PERMANENTLY warps the bottom of the pan causing the center if the pan to crown, a lot. A slight amount if excess heat also discolors the nonstick creamy white with red fleck coating quicky. it never returns to its original color. A couple of the pans are very large and dissipate heat too quickly for the larger induction cooker diameter which makes it difficult to cook things evenly. Because the induction plate is simply pressed into the bottom of the pan, water gets between the pan and the induction plate, sometimes causing a hiss that actually moves the pan around on the burner under its own steam power, or it will issue a POP or a combination of those two.
As cheap and inexpensive cookware, its just that, cheap and inexpensive with all of the effort on appearance and not much effort on function.
i love to cook and cook as many different dishes as I can. some of the things I cook call for high heat. These pans are not good for that!
What i can recommend is that if youre going to buy these pans, and I’m not suggesting that you not buy them, cook at the lowest heat settings possible or risk the discoloration.
The 3 photos included in my revie.show the induction plate on the bottom of the pan, the deformation of the mid-sized pan bottom (anything cooked in this pad will work its way to the outside edges of the bottom of the cooking surface (so frustrating) and lastly, the deep discoloration in just a few months of use.
Would I but this set or any Carote set similar to this again? No. I’d opt for something better, a bit heavier and more durable.
I hope this review helps. its honest and based entirely on my experience with the product. And I forgot to mention the lids. I like the lids but wish they were slightly domed to drip off condensation. When you remove a lid to look at what you’re cooking, A LOT! of condensation pours off the lid onto the cooktop just adding to the mess to clean.

Not satisfied. The pans have black stuff in the bottom. I have washed by hand and in the dish washer. Still has the black residue. I am honestly afraid to use the cookware.

Christmas 2024 gift…Good looking garbage. The non-stick coating inside one of the pots bubble…BUBBLED!…and peeled off like cheap paint! The cheap metal underneath, when moistened and rubbed with a fingertip, darkened the water with some sort of gray silt.

Not the best. Really wanted to like the pans, but one arrived with a scratch and another was scratched after one use. I used silicone utensils that the brand also sells and when cleaning just used soap and water with a rag to clean, since nothing sticks to the surface. However the top layer was still peeling off after just one use. Also the handle is ment to be removed when not in use because it melts with any heat.

Do not recommend. I bought this set and was in love with the removable handle design making easy for storage. Well one of my pans arrived with a scratch on the inside and then cooked with it one time for it to automatically stain the entire pan cooking one dish. They are horrible pans. Definitely would not recommend these to anyone.

love this set . Pink is one of my favorite colors. So after going back and forth about a month, trying to find a pot and pan set that I liked, but also have the features I was looking for, this set right here did that for me.. the only thing I will say is the pink in the picture is darker than the pink on the actual pans. i would say the pans are lighter. i love that it has detachable handles that they are ceramic, smooth, and just a really nice all-around pan set.

Burnt pan. Loved the design of the pan how it feels the weight of it. Incredible went to go use one of my pans and had placed it on the electric stove top and it almost started a fire and flashed and now I have a burn in my pan. I have tried to scrub it out this is now burnt into the pan.

Great price point! Aesthetically Pleasing! Out of the box they feel like quality pots and pans next to my many past run of the mill sets. Excited to see how they hold up. I was surprised to not only see such a tiny box on my porch but also to realize a screw driver is included for you to put on all your own handles for the pots, pans and lids. Comical and not too painful to do, just wasn’t expecting and I thought I read a lot of reviews before purchasing!
