    Must buy. The installation was pretty easy the same way the Nest Smart thermostat was. I watched a few youtube videos before I began the installation. The Nest app takes you through a step by step process and it’s easy to install. The camera is very sensitive to sound and very clear even at night and thanks to Walmart.com I got it on sale the week when I made the purchase. Overall, great experience I would highly recommend this product

    Zip lock bag packaging !! It came in 2 zip lock bags packed in a little box. No manufacturer packaging or paperwork. Appeared to be a return or used product. After connecting it didn’t work properly. Had it set up next to Ring to compare. Ring out performed in every way. Nest was so bad I could walk up to door from side walk open door walk inside and it would never recognize any motions (all settings were correct). Returning the product this day…..

    Doorbell and Security Camera. I have three of these – front door, back door, and pool door. I can see my entire front, back, and side (pool) area. They are very accurate at detecting a human, and if that human has a package (Amazon, UPS, Pizza, etc). It can learn faces and report who is at your door. They see well at night. You can zoom in, the quality is ok. These aren’t James Bond Spy cameras and you can’t read a license plate, but I am happy with its ability. You can access the video from anywhere and the yearly subscription is $120 no matter how many I add to Nest. I bought a power adapter and did not connect to my doorbell. A push of the button alerts my phone and I can talk to the visitor. It will detect lizards, burds, spiders, etc., but it does not alert you on a visitor. Just can’t say enough good about these. I wont be installing cameras because of how well these work.

    Doorbell of the Future. I ended up finding this for $50 cheaper on Walmart! I’m a Google guy so when I bought my house this was a no brainer. Syncs and runs flawlessly with Google Home. Nests app make installation incredibly easy. If you have wires running to your doorbell and your chime isn’t battery operated, it’s a 20-30 minute ordeal. I plan on buying more nest devices in the future.

    24×7 sentry guard at the front door!!!! Great price point, quick delivery and EZ-PZ installation! I had already done my homework and found that my current doorbell transformer was compatible with the Nest Hello, so I ordered it and once I started the installation process, it took me less than 45 minutes to complete the job. I already had Nest cameras outdoors, so this was an add on. The app walks you right through the steps after you “Add Product” – it was SO easy!! Hardest part was cracking off the old doorbell! The camera is great along with the notifications. The 4:3 ratio is perfect for the view – my porch comes in top-to-bottom on screen so you can see the entire person or package etc. So happy we did this and now wondering why it took so long.

    Used doorbell camera sold as new. I ordered a NEW Nest doorbell camera from Walmart.com. The camera was shipped in a bag without any protection from damage what so ever, which alarmed me from the start. Things only got worse once I opened the bag to find a dirty doorbell box taped together with scotch tape. I was extremely disappointed to find that the item was indeed not new but USED and had clearly been returned long before I ordered the product.

    Open Box but Works. Item was not new. Box was opened and retaped with scotch tape. The QR code on the back of the doorbell did not match the QR code on the envelope of the instruction manual. This leads me to believe that the unit might have been swapped out for another one. Because we weren’t able to use the code on the envelope, we had a little difficulty as we had to take the doorbell off after already installing it to scan the correct QR code to setup the app. Aside from this, the doorbell works fine and arrived earlier than originally stated.

    Very Disappointed. The box was obviously previously opened when I received it. A new sticker was put on the other side of the box to show it was sealed, but the previous seals had obviously been cut as pictured. There were sticker residue on the box where stickers were removed. It looks like a Serial number sticker was also removed, though I can’t be sure. Very disappointed. Should not happen. What a waste of time. I want full refund, including tax and shipping in both directions.

    Scam product with Google as provider. I ordered a NEW Nest doorbell camera from Walmart.com. The camera was shipped in a bag without any protection from damage. This DOES NOT come as original package at all. The provider is GOOGLE and it doesn’t not at all !!!

    This looks like a used product. I have to return this product to Walmart and wasted my 2-hour handling this.

    Poor product received. 3rd party seller- not receive good product. Was supposed to be a new nest doorbell-the one I received was literally Saran wrappeded with holes in the wrap and put in some cardboard boxes, no original box. Looked very used, poor condition.

    Since I got the Video Doorbell Dual, I have been truly impressed with its overall performance. The AI is dependable, detecting human movement up to 20 feet away. It effectively filters out false alerts and accurately identifies when a package is delivered or picked up at our front door. The auto responses function smoothly as well! This camera is a significant upgrade from the previous eufy battery-powered doorbell, which struggled to capture packages at the front door. I highly recommend the Video Doorbell Dual (Wired).

    I used a Zmodo Greet Pro doorbell for five years, which had its pros and cons, and decided to switch to another subscription-free option. Unfortunately, after a week with Eufy, I’m feeling disappointed.

    Pros:
    1) Dual cameras
    2) Comes with a 35° angle bracket
    3) Includes all necessary hardware for installation and the instructions are clear
    4) Has a sleek appearance (though that’s subjective)

    Cons:
    1) Customer service is practically non-existent, even during their stated hours.
    2) My other IoT devices maintain a Wi-Fi connection outside, but this doorbell loses connection every 8-10 hours, requiring a full power reset—definitely not sustainable.
    3) It doesn’t work with my existing doorbell chime.
    4) The camera has a very narrow field of view despite having two cameras.
    5) The synced doorbell chime frequently goes out of sync.

    I’ll be returning this doorbell and looking for another brand. Good luck with your search. I’m currently avoiding Ring due to their subscription model and subpar hardware. My next option might be Nest.

    This is my first time purchasing a smart doorbell, and I was looking for something modern. I liked that this model features two cameras to eliminate blind spots. After 48 hours of use, I’m really impressed with the person detection capability.     This door camera is excellent. We receive alerts from the doorbell camera whenever someone approaches our entrance. The additional camera eliminates any blind spots for packages. At one stage, our camera stopped detecting and notifying us, but customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue.

    I own two RING doorbells and several NEST cameras, but this Eufy doorbell camera outperforms them all. It notifies me faster when someone is at the door, provides a quicker close-up of their face, and excels in package detection with its lower camera. I highly recommend the Eufy line of security products; I also have two of the wireless 2K cameras and one rotating follow-motion camera. The doorbell meets my expectations, and while the remote speaker alerts me, the camera usually notifies me before anyone reaches the button.

    I purchased this on Prime Day after researching the best doorbell cameras, and Eufy came highly recommended. I chose the wired version to avoid the hassle of recharging a battery multiple times a year. The installation process was straightforward. When I set up the doorbell, the Eufy app performed a voltage diagnostic and suggested I needed a different transformer. Since I live in an older house, I had to locate the doorbell transformer, which was in the basement. After watching a few YouTube tutorials, replacing the old transformer was simple. I bought a 16-24V, 30A transformer from Home Depot for $20. Once it was installed, the doorbell received full power. I’m very satisfied with my purchase; it has numerous great features, and overall, I’m pleased with it.

    This is by far the best smart lock I found on the internet. Saved me from getting a video doorbell and deadbolt separately. The huge advantage to this is the use of multiple contacts having their own codes to get in, or a one time open form my phone! So happy!

    Great lock with multiple features! Eufy is a brand I personally trust and has been so for some years now. Nothing like it to get a superb deal on a product that works well! Best thing about this is the rechargeable battery. No more changing AA batteries every 03 months.

    Unbelievable features for this smart lock. I love how accurate is this Smart Lock easy install, easy setup and amazing app that allows you to set up your system settings as you like. Auto lock feature and finger print is incredible feature. I will update my review if any changes in the future.

    Beware ! Pathetic Customer Service and Product. As soon as warranty expires, they release a new firmware upgrade and your camera stops working. This has happened with many other including me. And customer service spends 2 months fixing the issue asking you to do random stuffs which even they know that it is not going to work to keep you busy and then finally says we can’t fix this, you are out of warranty so can’t replace your product either just take 15% off coupon and buy a new one from our store.

    This is how they make money and this is the build quality of their product.

    Pathetic Customer Service and cheap product. Around 2 month ago they released a new version of their firmware and after that my smart video door Bell stopped working. They have spent 2 months fixing that issue and at the end they said sorry we can’t fix this issue , you are out of warranty. Take 15% discount coupon and forget about your camera (simply throw it away).

    This is the most terrible customer service I have ever met. Lost faith on them and their products.

    Unbelievable, love it – the wait for this video door bell / lock combination was well worth it. I’ve wanted to buy a video doorbell for years, but haven’t, for 2 reasons: (1) I don’t want a big doorbell stuck on the side of my house – they look ugly, and can be trashed/stolen very easily – which happened to my neighbor recently; and (2) The quality of their video. This eufy video door bell and deadbolt blow the competition out of the water. The look it head and shoulders above the competition. The video is great, no complaints whatsoever. The features are amazing (e.g. face recognition, finger print entry, ability to lock/unlock remotely, ability to set up multiple security codes – with a scramble feature, to make it harder for prying eyes to get your code if someone is standing behind you, the list goes on). It took me an hour or two to install it, as I am totally OCD, and I had to line up the lock so that it’s in perfect alignment with the edge of the door and door frame, which is a 2 person job). You can configure the lock in so many ways (e.g. sensitivity, loitering detection, camera viewing zone, etc), which is nice. The viewing zone may be a requirement in some multi-residential complexes. Three recommendations I have, is buy the S330 Home Base and a 1TB hard drive and a couple of solar cameras (if you have sunlight where you want to place the cameras). Tre cool to say the least. Also, I’d recommend a wireless connection to the Home Base. That’ll enable you to put the Home Base where you want it, as long as you have a good wi-fi signal, and, use the Home Base as the door lock’s chime. Also, buy a 2nd battery, so you don’t have to think/plan around when your battery is going to run out of juice. Last but not least, is eufy’s great support. They’re using AI for their support, which is great for simple how-to questions, and you get a reply within hours. You can escalate if you want a real person, for more complex issues. I had a complex hardware issue on my lock, where the battery didn’t hold a charge for more than a week, and after some guided troubleshooting they replaced it free of charge. I’ve been using it for over a month now, and the battery lasts fine since replacing the lock. Note: You might not want to install this on your wood/metal door if you have a screen door in front of it, as the screen door may block the camera (double check). Not a problem for me, whew! The lock is a bit pricey, but well worth it. Very high quality style and finishing. It looks great. It is my ‘go to’ recommendation for anyone wanting a robust deadbolt/video door lock. Nothing on the market today (April 2024) even comes close.

    Battery drain too fast. I purchased this product from Best Buy near the end of February 2024. The Eufy doorbell’s features, such as local storage, quick notifications, and high video quality, really impressed me. I was excited to upgrade from my 4-year-old Ring doorbell, especially since its battery lasted an impressive 45 days.

    However, after couple of days use, I received the first notification to recharge the battery. Initially, I assumed I had forgotten to charge it before installation. Then, six days later, I received another notification to recharge, and the doorbell went offline. After the third recharge, on April 13, I reached out to the Helpdesk for support, hoping for a quick solution. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be the worst customer service from a company I had considered reputable.

    Instead of offering a replacement product, the Eufy engineering team analyzed the doorbell log and concluded that the issue was due to a user error, citing a loss of connection between the Homebase and the Doorbell, allegedly caused by distance. However, both my doorbell and the Eufy Home Base are located within 200 feet of each other, and yet the battery only lasts 4 days.

    Currently, a support case is open with Eufy but no solution has been provided. If this continues, I will wait a few more days. If no solution is reached, I will repurpose it as a $200 toy for my daughter’s dollhouse, as the best use case for a battery-powered Eufy doorbell.
