Good chair. A very good chair for someone who’s tall and over weight. I’m 6’2″ and 350lbs and lifts and supports me fine. The only complaint is the back is a little short.

Disappointed. Delivery was disappointing and coordinating delivery and assembly was pains taking. Although I requested a text giving ETA of delivery truck. I received no message and the package was left at my door and was severely damaged. Assembly is scheduled for five days later. I’m unable to determine if the item is damaged until package is opened for assembly.

Good chair, excellent value. I am satisfied with the excellent value of the chair. I weigh 210 lbs. and the medium-wide size gives me lots of “wiggle room” and is very comfortable. The “lift” mechanism works fine. It was relatively easy to assemble, and I’ve had no problems with it.

The way it was shipped. I would not recommend that for anybody. It came in two separate boxes two days apart and the FedEx driver would not deliver it to my apartment. I like the chair. Not happy with the way the product was dented,. I haven’t put it together because everyone I have tried will not open the box, the boxes is so damaged they believe the inside would be damage. I forgot to put insurance on it when I tried they said it was to late. So because of this I want to return the chair. Because I am afraid it is damage. I have pictures.

Heat and massage are great. I am 5′ 4″ and chair feels great. Very relaxing. My daughter and I put it together. They made good use of packing room. Seat and arm cushions were stuffed in empty chair spaces. We followed directions and got it put together pretty fast and easy.

Wouldn’t recommend. This chair is lightweight and I’m concerned for the sturdiness. The massage part is more annoying than helpful. The recline and lift options are slow and if you need to get up quickly you’re out of luck. I also didn’t think about it not being able to rock so that’s a downside for sure too. The heat is nice and toasty though and the pockets are convenient.

This chair was not oversized in my %26 my husbands opinions. The material is fine. But for a tall person, his feet hang off the leg rest TOO much. He’s keeping it, only because it’s a pain to try and box it up %26 one box fell apart because it had gotten wet on the truck somehow. He likes the heat %26 massage, but just disappointed that it was as oversized as the picture looked like.

Return and refund a nightmare. The chair is comfortable and as expected for my grandma. i have some concerns about the longtern quality given reviews and the price. Somehow, we were sent two chairs and charged for two chairs when we only needed the one. unfortunately, don’t expect to get your money back if you don’t like it or need a return. We were offered 5% back if we kept it, or we’d have to pay to ship it back (over $100), and only receive the chair value back which was $259 of the $419 we paid. it’s been a bad experience with Walmart wanting us to only deal with the shipper and the shipper offering us a sour deal. neither party acknowledged that we were charged for two orders, one through the debit card and one through affirm. .
