what happened to any kind of customer service? i bought this wheelcair for my 100% disabled mother! nice chair but there are currently two left foot, foot rests!!!!there is no wher too put the right foot as there is NO!! right foot , foot rest. also there is no phone number for them and no one will respond to my pleas for help!

Item was as described. Ordered it on a Saturday and was delivered on a Wednesday. Talk about fast shipping.
90% of it was already put together. Just had to tighten a few things here and there and it was road ready lol.
I would recommend getting the extra battery. You never know when something might come up and you’ll be out all day with it.

not meant for an adult. the seat width is not for a person up to 265lbs, it’s more child size. please don’t purchase if you have wider hips.

Great for Disney trips. The chair was great at Disney World. We had no problems flying with it on Southwest Airlines. It carried my 205 lb husband for most of the day with 1 battery. We did turn it off when not in use. It lasted almost a day at Epcot from 9 am to 8:30 pm with about a 2-hour break in the middle without a charge. It did die at 8:30 pm and is hard to push with someone seated, but my husband was able to walk to the park exit while I pushed the chair. It is not impossible to push with someone in it, just hard. Pushing the chair while empty feels about the same as pushing a normal wheelchair with someone seated in it. However, on the days that we remembered to charge during our mid-day break the chair made it the rest of the evening. I will be buying a second battery before our next trip, just in case. It did die a few hours earlier on the day someone a little heavier used it, so keep that in mind. Even then it made it from 9 am to 5 pm without a charge and turning it off when not in use. The only problem is that it went from green on the battery indicator to dead pretty quickly, but that could have something to do with the heat and the hills it was taking. Overall, very pleased with the chair. It will pay of itself after using it on a second trip.

use. Needs a cushion, seat is not the greatest for comfort. Turns in a small space, great for a small house. Have not used it enough to rate, but so far, very happy with it.

worth buying. small cute, easy to manage, but i suggest that if your a woman with not a whole lot of strength, you may need someone to help lift the fold up wheelchair into the trunk of your vehicle. it is heavy.

Garbage machine. Broke after 2 months. Walmart would not take it back. It was impossible to find the manufacturer. They also shipped the wrong color in the wrong instructions. Don’t bother with this company. Thank goodness for my credit card company who stood behind the purchase.
