Has been a great purchase until now. We have been very satisfied with this chair. It is very easy to maneuver. It charges fast and easy to transport. We purchased this about 2 months ago. Yesterday turning directions on a sidewalk the rubber tires came off of both front rims. Not sure how to fix this or get them replaced.

Good product；poor information. I’m giving this electric wheelchair a solid 5 stars, but I’d like to caution future buyers that the manual leaves out some crucial setup information. I’m sharing my experience to hopefully save you some frustration.
We purchased this wheelchair for a 15-day cruise with multiple port calls, knowing my wife wouldn’t be able to handle all the walking. Here’s a rundown of our experience:
Open one end of the shipping box, lay it on its side, and slide out the wheelchair.
Stand the chair upright and remove the packaging. Don’t miss the three zip ties holding it closed.
Attach the controller to the armrest as directed in the manual.
Connecting the battery is tricky. I suggest removing the battery from its rack, standing it upright, and then inserting the plug into the socket. Once connected, reinsert the battery into its rack.
In summary, this wheelchair is a fantastic option, especially for larger users. With a few tweaks to the setup process, it could be even better.

I was so excited to get this electric chair because the ad states it’s all terrain and I need to get 120 ft up my dirt driveway to check my mail. unfortunately it made it 9 ft from the bottom of my ramp before getting stuck in the driveway. definitely misleading advertisement stating chair is all terrain it will not even go up my dirt driveway without getting stuck. I did manage to get to the end of my driveway after getting stuck three times and having to get somebody to pull me out. very dissatisfied with this product, very disappointed in the sellers claim that it’s all terrain. seller even states this electric wheelchair will go even in the mud, I will not be trying that after my experience and just sand. I was lured in by a low price I should have known better as the old saying to get what you pay for. this electric wheelchair is not as advertised, it will not perform as stated. do not buy this if you intend to take it off any hard surfaces.

Zero customer support. Chair quit working less than a year old would die with no warning plug in and it ran for awhile only to die again. contacted seller no technical assistance or suggestions. Was a great chair until then. Just don’t expect any help if you develop a problem.
