Easy setup and quick charge. Pros: easy set up, chrges quick and easy to operate. Cons: could have more speed, feels unstable on bumps but does not flip and back tires are not full rubber meaning they use air and can be punctured and go flat

Recommended. My sister hurt her leg so we purchased this for her. At first she was a little uncomfortable with it, but soon she fell in love with the chair. She said even when she gets better she’s going to take it out with her. It’s crazy.

I had ordered a left hand controller but got right handed. also some of the instructions are not clear, had to guess . still am unclear on howvto charge battery separate from chair. there was supposedly a separate booklet, but it was not in the box.

Not as advertised. Looks and seems like picture. It does seem durable but did not try it. Decided to return it due to it not saying Rubicon DX2 on it anywhere and has a different model%23 BC-ES6001C on the manual. Also, description on Walmart site says you can use it in certain conditions. Manual says you cannot. I called and man said it’s a Rubicon and basically have to trust him that it is.

Great, at first. I loved the chair for the first two weeks. I finally had some freedom and mobility. It moved easily, turned on a dime, was easy to maneuver, held a charge a long time, and was quiet. I went on vacation with it and all went well. A few days after my vacation, though, it started making concerning noises in the tires. Customer service has been no help at all. No response to my emails and text messages just says they will check the email (they don’t answer their phone). It’s been almost two weeks now. I’m aggravated.
(To be fair, they were helpful when my chair first arrived and was missing a piece (a small knob for the controller) that they resolved by mailing it out quickly.)

incredible. This is a totally awesome little wheelchair. Im about 199 lbs, and it carries me great. Turns on a dime. After 10 days I’m still on original charge. Ive taken it up grassy hills and on pavement. Very little assembly. common sense should get it done. My little Yorkie loves to ride with me. Ive hung an old handbag over the handle in back, and carry my phone, dog treats, and pick up mail in it. Its not exactly lightweight for a 75 year old woman to lift, so don’t think its walker weight, but if you’ve read the description, its accurate. Joystick works fine for me. No trouble. I don’t run it fast. I don’t need to accidentally fall off the sidewalk. Its everything I need, and $100.00 less than Amazon! ( please don’t raise the price because I mentioned that)Us older Americans can use a break. ps, Ive also found that a positive attitude towards things can make it easier to adjust. Give it a chance.

Has been a great purchase until now. We have been very satisfied with this chair. It is very easy to maneuver. It charges fast and easy to transport. We purchased this about 2 months ago. Yesterday turning directions on a sidewalk the rubber tires came off of both front rims. Not sure how to fix this or get them replaced.

Pretty good chair. Doesn’t take long to get a little wobbly but tolerable. Battery last well and easy to fit into SUV. Too heavy to lift in and out of car if you are disabled or not steady when standing. But I am mobile now and happy even though I need help getting to my destination.

Misleading product information. There is not a seat width measurement for the seat
Weight measurement said 270 lbs
The actual seat measurement is 14inches
Very very small I got stuck in seat description measurements need to be more accurate

Best decision i could have made.. Best decision I made by purchasing this wheelchair. I first had a manual wheelchair and then i purchased this electric wheelchair and its the best decision i could have made. I’m so happy.. I can now go places and do more things in this wheelchair. This chair has given me life again with its ability to move around. Feels like i’m walking again cause i can move around so much better.

This This thing is amazing!!!! At Great Price! This thing is amazing!!!! And at a GREAT PRICE! If you have a loved one with disabilities, this is what you need. I wish I had found it for my wife years ago, as pushing her around in a wheelchair all the time was killing my back. We have tried other “scooter” types for her, but with a lack of coordination, she has flipped it over several times. I didn’t want to get a trailer hitch for my car for the bigger chairs and scooters, based on the cost was kind of pricey. This chair is foldable and easy to lift because the of the light weight. My wife only weighs about 120lbs, so this was a perfect fit for us. Plus, the battery is amazingly light.
The only recommendation I will be making to the manufacturer is to put a controller in the back handles, so when her coordination diminishes, I can control it for her. When we go to Doctors Appointments everyone is asking us where we got it.
ALL WALMARTS should have this for sale at the front door as people walk in so they can see it, they will sell like hot dogs at SAMS club.

i love this wheelchair. its not bulky. Only took 2 minutes to set up. it turns on a dime. Still on first charge but it seems to have lots of power. my only dislike is the footrests. All of them stick out so Im looking at slings. Great little chair!

Zero customer support. Chair quit working less than a year old would die with no warning plug in and it ran for awhile only to die again. contacted seller no technical assistance or suggestions. Was a great chair until then. Just don’t expect any help if you develop a problem.
