I love this vacuum except…. I love this vacuum but wish the battery lasted longer. I can only vacuum 2 rooms at a time before the battery runs out. I love how it is stored and that there is a hook that allows the handheld portion to be attached to the vacuum extension for when it’s not in use.

Best little vacuum ever! So i bought this vacuum a little over 2 weeks ago… honestly I’m obsessed to the point my fiancé is tired of me saying how much i love it. It’s small, light weight, and powerful! My house is under construction, so i have been vacuuming daily after the men leave. It picks everything up and is so quick and easy to use. I don’t even use a broom anymore! Just vacuum my wood floors then a quick mop. Also works amazing on carpet for 2 messy kids! I would give this 10 stars if i could!

Not self cleaning brushroll as claimed. Claims to have a self cleaning brushroll that self cleans long hair and dog hair, but my long hair still ends up getting stuck and tied up in the brush roll

Do not waist your money. I have had this less than a month and it already quit. I contacted the service department for a refund and are trying to help me fix the problem. Which the battery won’t charge in anyway. They asked for my order number after I already told them it in the previous email, plus they said they want a video of the issue. Plus it was just terrible at removing hair off the floor. I don’t want it fixed I want a refund. I had to go out a buy a new vacuum because this one already quit on me.

Terrible. This Vacuume sucks but not in a good way. Even on high, it barely picks up. The battery runs down extremely fast and you only get to attachments.. I have a Dyson stick vacuum so I guess I’m just spoiled because this thing is not worth the money at all.

battery died completely after 3rd charge. This was a little difficult to put together. Performance ok. Battery completely died after 3rd charge within 3 months of use. Company customer service is horrible. Sadly wasted money on this product.

Throwing Away My Stinky Mop – Thank You Eureka. Wow, talk about a better way to mop my tile floor. Loved the clean smell of the Eureka solution, not having to vacuum and then get out the wet mop and ring it out all the time. Super easy vacuums and mops in one pass, floor dries quickly, and then dumped the gross dirty water in the toilet. Found the clean up much easier than I expected with the one touch cleaning and the easily to remove mop roller. Highly recommend.

It picks up so much from the floor and leaves it so clean and the solution helps my house smell great. It is loud on my floor, so I can’t use it while my baby is asleep. I do wish the battery life was longer. It will be a great product to use when I need to do quick clean ups after my baby.

Eureka. I like the self propelled! The suction is ok, wish it was better. But after using the vacuuming feature, removing that dirt is blocked by something- I called Eureka to walk me through how to remove the dirt in this container. No one has called me back in a week.!!

Missed one detail…the little wheels. I got this because it’s supposed to work with animal fur. However, fur gets stuck in the little wheels on the sides of the roller head. This causes it to not roll. There is no easy way to clean the twisted fur. Pliers can’t pull out the fur, the wheels will not pop out to clean the fur off the axles.

Product sent with out actual product. Don’t know how the vacuum operates as I ordered it on Walmart.com for $128. When I received it, the box was totally ripped and had been taped all over. Not wanting to open it, I contacted customer service and they processed a return. I asked if I could just get a replacement and the answer was no only a refund. When I took it into the store to get the refund, the employee cut open the box to see it it was damaged. To both of our surprise, the actual vacuum was missing. Crazy! How can Walmart send out such a package with the actual brush motor part missing.

OK vacuum, not super dog hair friendly. I really wanted to love this vacuum. I have used it almost daily for a month now. It does have decent suction power and a fully charged battery does last on the hard wood floor, 1100 sq ft space I use it in. I purchased it because our current foster dog is a husky and he shed his coat this fall and I was sick of lugging around my big vacuum everyday.
My complaints- The dog hair got wound up in the wheels the first time I used it, now the wheels don’t really turn. I’ve spent time trying to pull the hair out with tweezers and have frankly given up.
When vacuuming in a forward motion it does a good job picking up dirt, but when pulling back it just tends to drag the dirt versus sucking it up.
The dirt gets stuck where the roller is and the only way to clean it is to take it apart (which I haven’t tried yet)
I wouldn’t buy this again and for the price, I’m hoping it lasts me a while.

I gave it 4 stars because the battery doesn’t last very long. But other than that it does the job! If you have lots of pet hair you will want to dry swifer first just to avoid it getting dirty faster! Not super loud and I love that it’s cordless.

Product never arrived. Walmart used A to Z as a vendor and they are apparently not legitimate company. I messaged them 12 times and at one time finally said they would issue a refund only to change their mind the next day. I contacted Walmart 3 times and they said it was a vendor issue

Will Get Lots Of Use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eureka has done well with this wet/dry vac. It’s lightweight and not bulky, so it fits well in smaller spaces. It’s lightweight and cleans the floors and leaves them just a bit damp that dries almost immediately. It comes with its own cleaning solution and with the low and high setting, you can feel the difference as you clean. It also has a self cleaning button so you can make sure you vacuum stays in tip-top shape.

BUY IT! Better than the competition! I was hesitant to buy this vacuum because I have been a big fan of the competition “Dy$0n”. I am very impressed with this cordless vacuum and dare to say that I like it better than my other three that I’ve had in the past from the competition. I would by a shark again any day. It compliments my Navigator Liftaway and my self cleaning Hydro Vac mop!

It was delivered a day late and the box was soaked and water damaged. I will open it just to see if the vacuum is in working condition. the worsted part is that the Fed Ex delivery place the box and distorted the picture to make it look in good shape.
I will double check the merchandise, but if it’s damaged I will ask for a substitute.

Don’t waste your money or time. This vac was recommended to me by my 2 daughters who swear by it. Worse investment I’ve ever made! It’s awkward and inconveniently designed. Battery life 20 minutes. I’m able to vacuum a small kitchen and laundry room on a full charge, then I have to wait 2 hrs to get 2 bars then I can do our living room and part of the hallway before it dies again. Idk how most people clean but I like to vacuum the whole first floor a few times a week bc I have 5 dogs. The canister, in the course of the rooms mentioned above, I have to empty 6x or it stops picking up. And why? Why would anyone want a vac with a top canister that can’t stand up on its own? And switching the attachments, it is awkward when you have to unclip and they don’t slide off easily. So you have to lay the vac down or prop it all the while as you try to push the clip and pull. And the great feature of having a long pole to reach under the furniture. I guess if you are young and fit all that bending over is easy but if you’re not or have back issues, forget this style! I bought this for convenience, it is not convenient at all and it just aggravates me using it. This is the 3rd time using and I had to bring my old one out to finish the hallway.
My reccondation for a good pet vac is Bissell power lifter ion pet. Yes, you have to empty the canister often but honestly its as many times as I empty the Shark. The shark has a bigger canister but easily gets clogged. The bissel has a handle that folds making it easy to get under furniture without having to stoop over. And it stands on its own. It goes from floor to carpet just as easily. And if you get the one with bigger battery it’ll last an hour giving plenty of time to do the whole 1st floor. The attachments, crevice cleaner and brush just slip on and off. No button latch. I can slip both attachments in my back pocket and away I go. The only issue I had with the Bissell is the amount of time it takes to fully charge. And if the charger plug isn’t fully seated, it won’t charge at all. The Bissell also switches to a handheld similar to a dust buster and the convenient shape makes it easy to clean under the sofa cushions, try that with the canister vac… Anyway I give the Shark pet vac 0 stars and no I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy. The Shark is destined to live its life in the attic and be used twice a year to clean cobwebs.

Ive only used this vacuum fir a shirt time before beater bar stopped working. And since its past 30 days I cannot return it. Im very disappointed. I was so excited to purchase this but its just useless to me right now.

too short of battery life. the vacuum doesnt stay charged long enough and I dont like the small hepa filter. the filter clogged up quickly.. Over all it does a quick job but its quite small for my apt .Honestly I thought it bigger its smaller than I anticipated . over all you get what you pay for!

If I could give this seller a -10 I would! I did not receive my order, it went to someone other than me with a picture of a door that is not mine and signed by someone that is not me. I was told they had proof of delivery and they would not replace or refund my order.. This is an absolute. SCAM!

LOVE it been using it everyday. This is the best invention ever. i have arthritis in my hands and makes it super difficult to use a regular mop. When i saw this I was a little bit worried but no its so weightless literally pushes itself and leaves your wood or tile or any hard floor beautifully clean.

Easy to use. This item works great. It’s lightweight. The only drawback is that it doesn’t stand on its own so if you wanna get it out of your hand, you have to hang it back up.
