I would buy these chairs again and but from hayneedle again! Shipping was super fast. These came in a week early (only 2 days after ordering!) I bought three chairs to go with the hair dryers in my salon. They all three were damaged. Usable, but damaged. There were pieces chipped on the arms and scratches on all the arms. The company didnt have the parts to replace just the arms but offered to send me shipping materials to send them all back or to give me a partial refund to get them repaired locally. So the problem was easily solved. The chairs look perfect where I needed them. They are not a sink down, relax and watch a movie type of chair. They are very stiff and sturdy. Which was what I was going for in a hair salon so they would last longer! I love them so far!

Review for gray cloth- not black. I like it. It is not a soft bottom cushion though. It is definitely firm but comfortable for my office but would not want to lounge

Great chair ! Great chair ! Better than I expected . Large enough for a fat person . Would be perfect in a home living room or office weight room . The directions are a bit confusing the 2 metal parts go in the front of the crossbar and catch the 2 large side bolts . It took about 20 mins to put togeater one person can easily put it to feather by them selfs .

Good-looking Chair. I really like this chair. It looks cute with a faux fur lumbar pillow I bought separately. Instructions were slightly confusing, the pics included in the manual took some time for me to decipher, but overall I got it built quickly, within 30 mins for sure. Pretty comfortable, armrests are a little low but I like the look and it serves it purpose.

Uncomfortable. It looks nice, was straightforward to assemble, seems to be of good quality and is excellent value — but is uncomfortable to sit in. The cushions are very hard. It may be OK for a waiting room but not for a living room.

Great chair for the price! I was unsure with the lower price how the quality of the chairs would be. They are surprisingly sturdy and pretty comfortable. Assembly was simple and I got two chairs done in less than an hour. It was nice to have a friend help hold the pieces in places as I tightened the screws. Definitely would recommend!

Very Nice. We just assembled 2 Mid Century Retro chairs. Easy to understand directions all parts labeled. They are sturdy, the upholstery is well made and best of all nicely padded and very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised in quality. Would recommend.

Comfy chair. The shape of the chair makes it very comfortable (as long as you don’t mind being low to the ground—maybe it’s not a fit for people with really long legs, but it was fine for me). The fabric is a decent quality.
