Great concept but not accurate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the idea of this smart scale. I opened that box and it was a slim sleek looking scale that would be easy to keep in the workout room. It was light and batteries were easy to install.
The app was easy to download and set up. I was excited to see how the 14 essential measurements worked with my body type. Unfortunately the scale was off balance and I believe it would throw off the other measurements as well.
The scale was be off by different weights each time. I thought it was a level issue so I moved it around to different floors of my home and each would give different results. If the scale scale was held vertically it would read zero.

Scale that changes weight every time you use it! Works when it feels like it, you can move it from place to place all flat floors and it will go up and down in weight by sometimes.5 lbs to one time 5 pounds difference. Just buy a better scale

Consistently accurate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Health-o-Meter Split Mat Digital Scale. It has a textured mat for you to stand on which gives you a secure feeling when you step onto it. Just place it on any hard floor surface and step up. It automatically turns on and gives you an accurate reading. No matter how many times I would step off and step back onto the scale, it consistently read the same weight. Unlike my old scale that would give me a different reading when I did that. I love that it is very low profile too. My grandchildren like to use it to weigh themselves on it. We have a growth chart for them and it’s just as important to know their weight as well as their height. So we incorporate weight, height, and age on our chart for them. The large numbers on the digital display makes it very easy to read. Plus it automatically turns itself off within a few seconds of you stepping down from it. I threw my other, unreliable scale out. I trust Health-o-Meter to accurately display my correct weight every time I weigh myself.

worthless. This scale is not that great. It gives the same weight three times in a row, even if it isn’t the same person weighing each time. The fourth time will be different- for three times. Don’t waste your money on this.

Nice scale with a lot of info. This is a great scale! The only downside is that you can’t seem to have more than 1 user. So I have to constantly delete my husbands weight from my app. He can’t seem to be able to link his app to the scale.

The weight is precise no matter how many times i weigh myself.
i prefer this to doing the best of 3 attempts on my other scale.
i was skeptical because of the light weight and plastic. The quality seems to be good and very functional. Some in the reviews complain about inserting the battery. I did not have any problems or difficulty.
I would recommend.
i normally wouldnt review. Because decent scales are difficult to find i wanted to give my input.
i tolerated my previous scale too long. The scale prior was taken back. It was so awful considering you had to tap to program weight and more.
Unlike the simplicity of the HealthOmeter pictured in my post.

Great scale… but, where are the instructions???? I love this scale. Unfortunately, the only thing I feel would have enhanced my experience with it would have been for the company to provide the consumer with a little more information. Once I was setup with the program on my phone, it had proven to be a great item.

Ihome App Not Working. the app for ihome was not compatible with home internet access. App is not user friendly and could never get to work and use wifi connection

Don’t Buy. The app doesn’t work and you need the app for this scale. Tons of reviews said it doesn’t work and I wish I had researched more before I bought it.
You can’t even rate their app because they have it blocked so you can’t and forget about the warranty. I did it but got no email or anything. Don’t waste your money or return it before the time is up.
If they could fix the app or actually make it work than it might be okay

Chinese spyware device. the permissions requested for this “scale” is invasive. requires constant location setting, access to your phone media files. requires email account for any feature not weight. I could almost forgive all of the data scraping but the scale isn’t even accurate. took three measurements and all three were wildly different by 10 lbs or more.

Simple and easy to use. Great Price. I like the simplicity of it…. Just stand on it and it weighs you. No need to tap it first to wake it up. One great feature is after you stand on it for a few moments it flashes and holds your weight instead of constantly fluctuating. I haven’t tried the Bluetooth function….
Just wanted a nice simple easy to use way to check my weight once in a while.

I’m at a point where im hating these types of scales right now, im so ready to just go back to the old fashioned type..This scale is different every time you step on it, maybe it needs time to settle I don’t know but i stepped on this scales back to back many times and everytime it was something different..I like that it goes straight to my phone but I can’t trust the numbers right now until its a couple of months of consistency. right now its a no for me.

Great Value for Great Scale! This small lightweight scale is exactly what I was looking for. I needed to replace my old bulky big-dial HealthOMeter scale which was becoming increasingly unreliable and found this one…Best decision! Great price for a scale that will give me the same reading three times in a row if I step off and on to “test” it.

Works Quick and Is Accurate. This scale is easy to use. Just step on and the number pops up. No need to wait to Zero – Out first. I compared my weight to a scale I’ve had for a very long time (and I thought my old scale was wrong) and this new scale is very accurate. Same weight as when I go to the doctor. Thanks for the easy to use and lightweight scale! Also, price was excellent!

Not practical due connection issues. Good data output but it doesn’t sync to the app. I have to reset it everytime and also I am not able to connect it to wifi even if I put it next to the wifi router

Consistent. I am five foot twelve, weigh 205%23 .* and have 2.2 pounds of bone mass.
That’s good. The electrodes that measured that may be quite silly.
I weighed between 195 and 210 on my old scale at any single moment (depending on not really sure what. This one is a much better.

It’s alright. The app isn’t recording my weight for the graphs so it’s hard to see progress. It does however break it down into BMI, muscle mass, body fat, muscle percentage, etc. I’m not sure how accurate it is though because the numbers change by a couple pounds sometimes.

Worth the money and the app does seem un-ligit by its digital features but it’s nice, I’m not much of a believer by a scale telling me all of my body details but I like it and like the fastness of the scale and the aesthetic look
