Great Quality Office Chair. Great quality material, easy to assemble, sturdy, comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I tried out several office chairs at a local office supply store. This one was the best fit for me 5’2” 150lbs. At the lowest setting, my feet touch the floor and my head rests comfortably on the high back seat. Walmart had the best price so I ordered online. Fast free front door shipping was an added bonus. Caution, pay close attention to screw labels and placement instructions. I used the wrong screws in attaching the seat cushion to the back and had to undo and redo. I assumed the longer screws attached the seat, but they are for attaching the arms. Same size screws, just different lengths.

Good if recline isn’t important to you. Pros: The leather is nice. Was fairly easy to put together. Great price @ $80. Cons: NO lumbar support. You have to sit up straight with no recline. It’s says it has a recline feature but it’s awkward and is just a feeling of failing. It works for me because I always sit criss-cross: that was why I got one with movable arms.

Expected a little more. I thought the base with the feet was going to be metal. It’s plastic. I also thought it would be leather given the original price was supposed to be $359.00. I would say the $99 sale price is about what the normal price should be. It is a comfortable chair.

Good, but not as good as it used to be. Well-made and comfortable, although not as comfortable as the Bradley office chair I purchased about eight years ago. It doesn’t seem to provide quite the same level of lower back support. Also, I’ve noticed one of the roller wheels isn’t functioning as smoothly as I would like. Otherwise, a decent chair for the money.

Worst Product Ever. Poor quality material the cushion on the seat is hard as a rock the armrest padding is so thin that you feel the nail pressing against your forearm and moving around the wheels always feels like something is underneath it hold it back not smooth at all. This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased from anywhere, don’t buy it. Too after a few day’s of use the chair squeaks with every movement.

Impossible to assemble together. Aligning the nail precisely is incredibly challenging, making assembly frustratingly difficult. I’ve spent the last two hours trying to put it together, but the misalignment issues are making it nearly impossible…. I am going to spend one more hour and if it cannot be done, i am going to return it.

Beware buying discontinued items online. Although the office chair advertised looked nice( the picture showed a office chair with perfect color and design) but the actual chair has loose and hanging stitching, the padding in the chair is unevenly distributed, and the overall look of the chair is cheaply made and poorly manufactured! I want to return it, but I purchased a 2 year warranty from WalMart at time of purchase so I will just reluctantly keep it and hope it lasts

upgrade. The set up was pretty easy, except for the right side armrest. it seemed that the bolt wasn’t long enough to reach the other side, but after applying more pressure I was able to secure it. The chair looks beautiful, good lumbar support and hugs the back nicely. I look forward to seeing how it holds up over time. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Nice Office Chair But Arrived Damaged. My chair arrived with ripped areas on one side of the leather on the long back part. I took two pictures of my item. The 1st pic shows the ripped defective areas.T he chair is a very lovely chair, reasonably priced, lightweight, %26 very easy to assemble, except for the damages. I contacted the seller, to initiate a return or replacement %26 am awaiting the response from the seller for resolution. I will complete a very nice honest review once I receive resolution to my current issue.

Dissatisfied customer. Very small for a 400lb rated chair. I’m 6’1” 270 lb man. This chair should be rated for a 200lb max. The chair already shows signs of breaking and I’m waiting for it to come apart after a month of use. Very disappointed in the quality. Not a bargain at all.

Not for tall or wide people. Getting the armrest on was a struggle. Im 5’5” the back of the seat sits right at my shoulders if i sit straight up. I also have wide hips so the armrest cut into my legs. It is comfy other then that.

I should have been told at the time I bought this chair that the casters on the chair are for carpet ONLY,,,they will not work on hardwood or plastic floor pads. I did not know this until I was assembling the chair, it was in the fine print in the assembling book. These casters will ruin hardwood and plastic mats. You can buy the right casters set for around $35.00 .

Not as described for Big %26 Tall. The description of this chair is “Big and Tall Desk Chair 8Hours Heavy Duty Design”. I am 5’8″ 180lbs female and my boyfriend is 6’1″ 200 lbs. We are not giant, but we are tall and this chair we barely fit in and is not for tall by no means. We put them both together to only find how uncomfortable they were and very disappointed. As you can see in the pictures the man is shown where his head reaches the back of the chair. The actual picture of a 6’1″ 200lbs man in the chair and his shoulders are over the back.

A little disappointed. The legs, arm rests%26 accessories were inside the back of the chair. While a great idea for shipping, that left a void and no padding in the seat back. One of the bolts for the armrest was too large or the bracket was stripped out- so I’m using it without one of the bolts. Assembly took about 2 hours.

Not for someone who spends hrs. in a chair. Not what I expected! There is no ergonomics to this chair as the mid section is hollow with no cushion as the arms of the chair was inside. The seat cushion is not comfortable hard and not soft! Unfortunately threw away the box or o would have sent it back. This is definitely not chair for anyone working from home/podcast… or who spend hours in a chair!

comfy and armrests lift up!!! I haven’t had it long, but it wasn’t that hard to put together until the very last step which was a little difficult. Otherwise the rest of the steps were super easy. I love how the arms lift up because where I have it is a very tight position, and so it makes it easier to slide in and out of when I can put the arms up. I am hoping it will last for years to come. It seems like every time my children get a hold of my office chair starts to fall apart quickly…hopefully this one doesn’t do that. It’s very comfortable to sit in as well. I love it so far!!!

Great chair, just being picky. It was very easy to put the arms of the chair together with the rest of the body, even had some extra screws with it. The chair cushion is nice and firm, which is what I find comfortable. It is definitely a chair for the big and tall. The only issue I really have, which is more of me just being picky I think, is that the back of the chair has some fabric starting to tear slightly.

Waste of money. Out of the box it looked amazing. Easy to assemble with great directions. I bought this chair because I had sat in one like it. Keep in mind just because they look alike doesn’t mean they’re going to be even close to the same product.
Pros; Easy assembly, Looks great, Very comfortable back especially when you reclining, The back holds your posture perfect.
Cons; Cheap material. Bottom cushion feels great as long as you only sit in it for 30 minutes or so. There is no way I could sit in this chair all day or even over an hour for that matter. It’s a shame that you have to buy a gel cushion to use with a brand new chair. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would return it.
Great price but remember you get what you pay for. Not Worth The Money.

Junk! Do not buy this chair! This chair isn’t worth the time or money it took to make it. This was a Christmas gift, for my son-in-law, which was approximately 6 weeks ago. The leather is already peeling off of the seat! Very poor quality. Very disappointed. Hopefully Walmart backs the products they sell.

Uncomfortable. I was so disappointed with this chair I had to go to the struggle to return it. I sat in this same exact chair at Staples as a test, and it was the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in, so I ordered it. I have a desk job so I sit for 8-10 hrs a day and get up to walk around now and then, and I’ve been having tailbone pain. Chair was pretty easy to assemble but i did have help. Within 10 mins of sitting in it, i was in agony and had to stand. I thought it would get better, but over 2 weeks later, nope. It feels like there’s no padding even though there is. I think the floor would be more comfortable. The return process was easy and I was refunded, but don’t waste this much money on this chair. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
