Best office chair. I have used many office chairs. My new Serta Big & Tall Commercial Office Chair with Memory Foam is great. I can sit and work long hours without getting back and or leg pain. This chair also rolls very smooth on my wood floor. The high back on this chair makes coffee break time relaxing. I would like to talk my wife into buying 6 more Serta Big & Tall Commercial Office Chairs to use around our dinning room table. Comfort in work, Comfort in dinning. If you want a great chair, The Serta Big & Tall Commercial Office Chair is the great one.

Cushy executive chair. The box this chair comes in is very large and weighs 65 lb. Even the delivery man had a little trouble handling it. Assembly was easy only taking about 20 minutes. This chair comes with a nifty tool that has a handle on it for extra leverage making Assembly even easier. Back and seat are well padded. The back and seat are covered in a attractive dark brown vinyl. I got this from my husband who is 6 ft tall 200 lb. He says it is very comfortable. His only “complaint” is that he would like the chair to stay in a more reclined position when he leans back but this chair springs forward. This chair is being marketed as being big and tall but it does not appear to be any wider or taller than any regular executive chair. The space between the armrests is 21 and 1/4 in wide. Hubby spends 8 to 10 hours in his chair I’m glad I was able to get this for him! It’s a good looking chair, I highly recommend it. I

Ooo, cushy! It was a privilege to have the opportunity to try this Big and Tall Executive Chair with memory foam by Serta. I basically live in my desk chair at home. I use it for paying bills, working on the computer or watching a show or movie online. I have been wanting one of these big and tall chairs for some time since I am oversized and it’s difficult finding an office chair that will last awhile without breaking the bank. My current chair’s seat went flat in under two months. Since then I’ve been using pillows, folded up blankets, anything I can find to add padding so it’s not like sitting on a board. The first thing I noticed about this Serta chair was the thickness of the cushion. Between the memory foam and coils, you can feel the support. It doesn’t compress when I sit on it like other chairs have. Putting it together took me around a half hour on my own, but that was taking my time. I’m sure someone else could do it in about half that. Pieces all fit together easily and instructions were clear. Thank you to whoever thought to add a handle on the allen wrench that comes with this chair. You are a hero to all of us. The base and arms are a shiny silver metal that is very sturdy and I have no doubt can easily hold the 400 lbs. it states. The chair itself runs around 65 lbs. I was surprised the casters weren’t metal as well. If you are larger, sometimes desk chairs are not wide enough and you have to live with the arms biting into your hips and thighs. I did not find that a problem here. However, the seat was short on me at first. There is a lot of lower lumbar support. Too much for me and I couldn’t sit far enough back so I constantly felt like I was being tipped forward. This is getting better the more I use it as the back and seat are softening and conforming a bit more to my body. Time will tell regarding durability, but it’s already clear to me this chair is far better than any I’ve had before and for not much difference in price.

The chair is super comfortable and my husband was able to assemble it in under an hour. My only complaints are that it came scratched on the arm handle, but I didn’t want to return it and wait for another chair. Also the back was not leveled correctly but it’s honestly not an issue. Overall, it’s a great purchase!

I’m a big man. This chair holds up. I ordered this chair 3 months ago. I love it. It supports all of my 400lbs. This chair is very sturdy. Easy to follow assembly instructions. I’ve recommended this chair to all to all my friends. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable chair for a larger person. Photos posted.

So comfortable! Wow! This chair is so unbelievably comfortable. Most chairs I’ve owned had a comfortable seat but the back wouldn’t be thick. This one is comfortable EVERYWHERE! It has all the stuff most office chairs have like the raising/lowering & tilting. I raised it up as high as it would go and then lowered it and I literally bounced in the seat! Not from the chair but from the cushion, that’s how much padding is in the seat. Another small detail Serta included that I appreciate is the tool you use to put it together( Allen wrench) has a handle so it’s much easier to tighten screws with than the normal ones. Some measurements are, Arm rest are 21″ apart on the inside and 26″ apart on the outside. From the floor to the top of seat on low setting is 20-1/2″inches tall and 23-1/4″ inches tall on high setting. Arm height from floor is 27″ on low and 29-3/4″ on high.

Just what I needed! Working from home it is imperative that you have a great chair. Unfortunately, I spent well over a year getting out of my seat limping, and I genuinely thought that sitting all day was the problem until I received this chair. This was absolutely a life saver! It is as comfortable as a recliner, and easy to clean. Serta didn’t disappoint.

Wow, comfy chair. Assembly was about as expected, nothing crazy. We love the handled allen wrench!! This is a sturdy chair, the base is solid. Good quality wheels. Supportive cushions. The faux bonded leather has a soft, buttery feel. I believe it is bonded leather on the seating surfaces and regular vinyl on the back side, but it all blends fine and looks top notch. I was worried this would be a ginormous chair, being labeled “Big & Tall”. My husband is 5’11” and around 200 lbs (shown in photo) so not necessarily “big and tall” but he wanted a chair which would seat him up a little higher than his old one, and this does. But it doesn’t feel overly big for him or swallow him up so that’s good. And nice to know it has a 400-lb weight limit for sturdiness. A few reviewers complained that the recline feature was too stiff and they couldn’t push the seat back to lean. However there is a turning knob under the chair that changes the “tension” or resistance of the seat back. You can also lock the recline feature so it doesn’t go back at all, using the height adjustment lever on the side.

Perfect comfort for a work-at-home big man. Perfect for a 6ft 4in man!!! And he had to have something he can sit in all day because of work at home… the memory foam , easy assembly, arm rests fit perfectly, good looking in an office full of books. Thanks for early delivery, (note, my son ordered 3 different chairs on line, but mom came through with the perfect Serta from Walmart) !!!!!!!!

Do Not Buy from this Manufacture. one of the arms came damaged right out the box. Emailed the manufacture with photos and my receipt. No one has yet to reach out to me. I called the manufacture on 4/19/23 and they did not assist me and told me to wait for an email. Worst customer service. I would not purchase from this manufacture again. I will be returning the chair

Dont do it … I saw this chair was 299.99 on sale for 99.00. I noted the weight capacity as many chair capacity is much lower. Online the chair seems much more stought and made with quality. I feel like this isnt the chair in the photo. The chair does not tilt back and the material is going to peel soon too. The instructions are poor. I feel like the chair is backwards as it feels like I’m being pushed forward when sitting. I now have to figure out if the bottom is backwards by taking it apart to put it back and if its not then put it back…lol However I dont see how the seat can be backwards as the holes controls the connection to the back rest. Maybe I need to make sure the chair is on the rest correctly as I may have it backwards….I think I need to retun it and just be done with it. Do Not buy … I purchased 2 definitely returning the unboxed one.

Well Worth It! Delivery was fast. I had it together in about 20 minutes. The chair is comfortable and feels sturdy. It is rated to hold up to 400 lbs so my 290 should be fine and I expect this chair to last me years. I couldn’t be happier as long as the chair holds up.

Anybody help me remove my cat out of the chair? It’s a beautiful it’s %26 comfortable chair. My wife wanted to take it from me. My daughter assembled it. It was fairly easy pop on the wheels. You have to move it a little to get around the tightness. The one question I have is how do I get the cat get out of my chair

Decent chair, firm. Had the chair about a little over a week now so I could break it in and I like it, it fits me. I needed something for better posture and it is helping with it. I am 290 and it rolls fine. It’s not the most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned, but it’s not uncomfortable either. Happy with my purchase.

Do not recommend for larger individuals. Wasn’t bad to put together, instructions might have helped. None in the box. Less than a month after use the plastic and chair mechanism directly under the chair broke. Husband is only 280 so I would not recommend for an individual up to 400 pounds as it advertises. Chair now leans and is not stable. No more than 30 days of use. Very disheartening.
