Former Chronic Non-Sleeper. This bed has changed the game for me with sleeping! I have multiple chronic illnesses that can sometimes cause me quite a bit of pain and discomfort. With our previous mattress it would only make the discomfort worse and I would struggle to get quality sleep. The Allswell Supreme mattress is SO comfortable, just soft enough, but also supportive enough to help me get a great night’s sleep even when my body doesn’t want me to. Not to mention their customer service team is also one of the best I have ever experienced!

Poor bed quality. I was super disappointed when we received our bed. We let it sit for 2 days to hope that it settled but the large crease from being bent in half never went away nor did the edges of the bed ever inflate to their full potential of material. The return process was painless though.

Supreme King. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed is comfortable. The edges of the bed are pretty soft. Could use more structure around the edges.
Major disappointment was when we took the bed out of the bag. There was a major stain in the quilted top.

Love it. We really like this mattress. We had never had a memory foam mattress and were a little scared of how it would feel. For us, is the perfect combination between firmness and softness (I prefer mattresses not super firm). If you like yours firm, this might not be the one for you, but it’s not super soft either. It clearly provides enough support for back and stomach sleepers.

Not sure if too soft or too hard. I was recommended this mattress and the 100 day trial convinced me to buy. When researching the reviews I was confused how so many people wrote it was too soft and others said it was too hard. After sleeping on it for 3 weeks now I understand more how that could be!
It seems the spring layer can be too soft, so sometimes the matress feels saggy. At the same time, the foam layer seems a bit hard. Its not like memory foam that conforms easily, its more like car seat foam if I had to compare it. It feels great when you first roll in for the night. I think it holds my spine straight when sleeping on my side. Still, my upper back feels too rounded or sunk in when sleeping on my back which is how I usually sleep. The lumbar area feels good though.
I will keep trying it out, maybe with different pillows too. Not sure if going back to plain memory foam (no springs) would be better for me. I’m a 120 lb woman in her 30s.
Unboxing experience:
The box says its heavier than it looks and it doesnt lie! It was really hard to get it up the stairs. Heaviest matress I’ve experienced. There are supposed to be two vaccuum sealed bags one inside the other to make it easier to set up. The inner bag wasnt sealed on mine though, so the mattress unrolled and puffed up at the same time. It was a slow enough process so no worries about getting knocked out, but it has a lot of force, there’s no stopping it! It ended up sideways hanging off the bed so it was just a bit harder to put in place. No odd smells!

Allswell Supreme queen. This bed is great. I went from a overly soft pillow top that had no support to this Allswell supreme which was at first too firm for me but now it’s the most comfortable and I feel like I actually get a good rest. I was nervous at first to get a bed I couldn’t try out before purchasing, but luckily it all worked out and I’m happy with my purchase.

Item arrived with box torn apart badly, and a quarter sized hole punctured through the plastic wrap and into the mattress itself along with what appears to be dry blood or rust. Not even sure why this was delivered in this condition but now I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund…

Bad Delivery Service. i ordered the 14in firm mattress. i have a huge under roof covered front porch that is clearly seen from the street. Instead of bringing my package that i paid delivery for, under the coverd porch to the front door, out of the weather, and out of the path of thieves, they threw it halfway the driveway, box is clearly damaged and open! Crazy right?! I have never experienced such bad service ever!! I was so embarrassed to see this driving up to my home. I will never order again from Walmart. I’m afraid that it may get stolen and / or damaged. Bad delivery service!

I think i really comfy. I was hesitant to buy because I wanted cheaper, but to be honest I do not regret buying it, it is comfortable, not too soft not to hard, it has a little plastic smell when first comes, but it goes away with time

Affordable and incredibly comfortable! I ordered this for my Mom, who’s not been sleeping well. It had no reviews listed prior to ordering so I knew it was a gamble, but it sure did pay off. When the mattress arrived, we opened it up and it it filled to full capacity almost immediately despite the box saying it may take up to 48 hours. It’s incredibly comfortable and also supportive. My Mom laid down on it to just relax and was out like a light without intending on sleeping yet. She slept hard for several hours and said it was the best sleep she’s gotten in years. At this price, it’s a must buy. I’d absolutely recommend this bed and I reckon I’ll be sticking with Ashley products going forward.
