very easy assembly. There have two box containers when it have arrived, and very easy assembly and only need half of hour to finish , no tools required. Putting the chair back up from the recline position is also easy ( and mostly quiet ) It is super comfy ,sturdy and looks good , the color is true to the photo .

I am a disabled senior who saved for over six months to purchase the TEKAMON Infinite Position Lift Recliner Chair for the Elderly in hopes that it would provide me comfort and support. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, and both Walmart and TEKAMON assured me they would replace it. I trusted them and waited patiently. However, they delayed until the warranty expired, and now neither company will honor their word. Walmart is refusing to refund my money, and TEKAMON won’t replace the chair or issue a refund. Walmart has even suggested I dispute it with my bank instead of taking responsibility.
I never thought I would be treated this way after saving so hard for something that was supposed to improve my quality of life. I just want others to know how they treat a disabled senior who trusted them and hoped for a simple solution. Now I’m left with a broken chair and no help in sight. Please be careful before purchasing, especially if you’re depending on this for your comfort and well-being.

Awesome recliners worth the money. Love these recliners. They arrive in three boxes for each one, and arrived on time, and they are darker than what the picture shows. also definitely an oversized recliner, the oversized covers we got barely fit.
They really are a great quality seeing how they came from China. If you have back troubles like I do and have a hard time standing up these chairs will get you in the upright position with no problem.
Pay no attention to the mess in the background, have to get rid of a loveseat to have room for these massive Beast.

Best chair. Got this chair for the lift factor as I was having neck surgery. This chair is perfect in every way. Ease of getting out, ease of getting the controls, very comfortable and it fits me perfectly. I am on the shorter side so legs don’t dangle off or head goes above the chair. Best chair I have gotten in long time and I was hesitate to get something unseen or not sat it. Was best choice I made and seller was fast to deliver and no problems whatsoever.

Never Again. First of all, chair was delivered to the wrong address. The picture taken of the delivery confirmation, was a White House. Our house is yellow with red brick in the front, proof that it was delivered to the wrong address. About 10 days later, it just showed up at our house damaged, it is unusable in its current condition, absolutely worthless. The main cable broken, probably by a forklift, as the side of the box it came in, was sliced open on the side that contained the mechanism for the lift chair motor. I will never make the mistake of buying furniture from Walmart again. What was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. It was very disappointing, and frustrating.
