1. Looks very sleek.
2. Installed within 20 minutes.
3. Unlock via app, passcode, or a physical key.
4. Easy to use app from anywhere! Don’t have to be within lock range.
5. Lets all members of the house create their own passkey.
6. Shows you time history of when door is locked and unlocked in the app.
7. Can withstand any type of weather!
Cons:
1. App is under one account so if everybody uses the app it doesn’t specify who opened the door just the account user.

The unit we replaced was the Kwikset Obsidian. It looked really nice but it was not functional. This unit installed in 12 minutes including downloading the app and setting up the features.
It can be used with the touch pad, key or app so very convenient. So far, I am impressed for the price.

poor quality control. Product inside shrink wrap is scratched, dirty, and covered with fingerprints.

Convenient wifi function. Pros: Deadbolt feels sturdy and well made. The wifi function works fast %26 great. Nice to have notifications of activity. Easy to install.
Cons: Not a fan of the 3 second button hold on the touchpad to lock the deadbolt outside. Touchpad is also not the most responsive but at least works. I do not like how the lowest button beep volume setting on the touchpad is still loud that neighbors can hear.

Good lock, bad audible notifications. Lock installed easily and works, however the notification sound to my phone doesn’t continually work. My wife has dementia, and I wanted to recieve an audible notice if she unlocks the door. The audible notice works for a day or two before stopping. I have Blink Security Cameras that always audibly notify me, so I’m not sure why this lock fails in that area.

I like the price and that it is easy to install and to use. The app is also user-friendly, and you can unlock on command and assign multiple lock codes.
I wish it had a quicker lock feature, though. My last lock just required a quick press of a button. This lock requires a long hold at the door.
