Clear images and audio. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have grown to love these cameras. The image quality is great and the audio is fairly good. They are super easy to set up and use. The app is easy to navigate. Changing the settings is easy and locating things like battery life is just a simple tab you click. Motion can be overly sensitive at times but you can also change the settings on what you would like to be triggered. I am still playing with those settings to find the right combination of motion alerts. I love that you don’t need a monthly subscription for these cameras and can purchase one only if it will fit your needs. The base does allow for an bigger memory component installed, which is nice. I love that these cameras have solar built into them. You can even see when it’s charging from the sun via the app. If all else fails (not enough sun, etc) they can easily be charged via a USB C cable. Their is lots of options you can play around with such as the spotlight. Whether you want it to turn on or not. You can also talk to someone via the microphone within the camera. Can even sound an alarm if needed. I haven’t tried the alarm though because I don’t want to bug the neighbors testing it out. I like that you can also do live view anytime you’d like. It loads pretty quickly as well. Nightvision has great visuals as well. The list goes on and on with all you can do with these quality cameras. The reason I dropped a star is because you can’t change the notification sound. It’s only the sound you place for all your notifications. This could cause a camera notification to go unnoticed because it sounds like every regular notification. Also, when you snooze the camera it still records. You just wont see the notification on your phone or hear the notification sound. This can eat up the battery. I guess it could be a good thing though if you ever need to look back. All in all, I can’t complain too much because it’s such good quality and definitely recommend it.

The setup was incredibly simple, as usual. This 4K camera delivers outstanding picture quality with remarkable clarity. Its night vision is also dependable. Mounting the wireless camera is a breeze since there’s no need for a power cord. Thanks to the solar panel, I don’t even have to worry about recharging the camera, which is so convenient. The eufy security app is user-friendly and offers numerous customizable settings for the camera. I love the modern and elegant design of both the camera and the HomeBase. The expandable storage is a fantastic feature. So far, the BionicMind AI performs well, and the facial recognition is accurate, which is crucial. Eufy consistently impresses me; their cameras and services are very reliable. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been using this system for 1.5 weeks now, and I’m really impressed. Previously, I had a few Nest cameras with a $100/year subscription through Google.

Pros:

• The video quality is excellent; I upgraded from 1080p.
• The AI performs well, providing notifications for family members, pets, and strangers, allowing me to decide whether to check the app or ignore the alert.
• The main reason I chose these cameras over others is the local storage. I’m tired of sharing my information with third parties for analysis. I’m gradually reclaiming control over my data.
• Setup is straightforward.
• The iOS app functions well, though it requires a few extra clicks here and there for setup, but it’s manageable for anyone somewhat tech-savvy.
• The built-in solar panel is a brilliant feature. It simplifies installation by eliminating the need for a separate panel and reduces the risk of someone tampering with cables to disable the camera before committing a crime.

Cons:

• The cameras are quite large and require some planning for mounting.
• I’m monitoring how the cameras perform when exposed to the elements, as they need to be mounted in more open areas than my Nest cameras for optimal sunlight for charging. I’m curious about their durability over the years.

I really liked these cameras; they detected movement on my property much more effectively than the previous ones I bought.

I own 13 Arlo cameras, but they failed to function properly at 75 feet outdoors, and their customer service was unhelpful during after-hours chat support. I decided to purchase two Eufy330 cameras for my doggy shop, and I couldn’t be happier. They provide me with total peace of mind, and I’m excited to switch to such a fantastic product. Additionally, the solar feature works significantly better than the competition. It’s a great investment!

I was in search of a quality camera setup without the burden of monthly fees, and I finally found it. After using a Ring doorbell for a couple of years, I was disappointed with its video quality and the clarity during live conversations. I’ve been using Eufy cameras for about two months now—one is positioned 60 feet from the base and the other 26 feet around a corner—both maintain excellent reception. There’s a slight 5-second delay before the app notifies me, but when I check the live feed, it’s very responsive, regardless of whether I’m at home. I have the motion sensitivity set to medium, and I even catch a glimpse of a cat that wanders through our yard each morning around 2 AM. The app and its features are user-friendly, and as I continue to explore it, I can confidently say this is a great value. A standout feature is the ability to disable a camera, which stops any notifications or recordings, so I’m not bombarded while mowing or snow blowing. The cameras are quite sensitive; one even picks up the steam from the dryer vent. However, if you’re looking to read a license plate from 60 feet away, it may be challenging, but that’s not my primary concern. I mainly want to monitor activity on my property. The solar charging keeps the cameras powered, even in winter when sunlight is scarce, and they’ve remained above 82%. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and am eagerly awaiting Eufy to update their dual-camera doorbell to work with the base 3. Once they do, I’ll be replacing my Ring cameras and saying goodbye to those annual fees.

These little devices are fantastic. The picture quality is sharp and clear. The software effectively captures and saves both images and videos without any issues. One suggestion I have is to include a lens cover to protect against rain, as water spots can create a fisheye effect, but once the droplets evaporate, the clarity returns. I haven’t had my system long enough to assess the battery life, but so far, it’s been excellent and holds a charge well. The feature that allows videos to be saved to the home base is impressive! It’s truly a worry-free system. I love these cameras.

Great Resolution with Dual Lenses. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of this is easy and the lights are extremely bright. They will scare away any intruder that gets close. I like that this camera has an easy set up with everything I need included. I only had to buy an SD card for storage.
The lights are 2,000 lumen and it records everything that is within 50 feet. It can even read a license plate on a car. It has 3K and 2K resolution. Everything shows up crystal clear. It pans and tilts to pick up motion with no blind spots. The AI recognizes people and then records them. There is no darkness or blurriness. Everything comes in with sharp contrasted video.
This is great because I can now see if someone is approaching the door at night. I can also see if animals are coming on my property. The app is easy to set up and get started. I especially like not having to pay a monthly fee.
It records continuously and I also can hook it to my Alexa. I like how this can zoom in.
It also has two way audio so I can talk to someone at the door. This camera is so much more efficient for viewing and recording. It is also waterproof.

This gives out a decent light but it was also installed very high and I think misses some things or is slow to light up (user error) Overall we are pleased with the item and have been impressed with the video quality. eufyCam S330 (eufyCam 3) Add-on Camera. Although it’s got quality videos day or night but it doesn’t really last. I got this add on camera about 1 year ago and the camera stopped working. Tried to do everything like recharging, resetting the camera, etc. and nothing worked. I don’t think it’s worth it to pay $220 for this camera. Very disappointed.

Great AI tracking feature. works well, love the AI tracking feature, can adjust settings to minimize sensitivity of picking random things up you don’t want, every so often it will catch a bird attacking the camera

24/7 PTZ camera with 5ghz wifi at a great price! Very satisfied with this camera. Twin cameras at different focal lengths are nice and more useful than a single 4k camera, however, in my case, still not enough to get license plate numbers at 70 feet. 5ghz wifi legally legitimately solved ALL the connection problems I have had with previous 2.4ghz models, although in my case I do have a ton of 2.4ghz congestion.
Tracking is good overall, however motion detection is quite limited at night. My Ring floodlight pro has much better motion detection, probably aided by radar which is missing on this model. Nonetheless I will be replacing my Ring camera with another one of these due to subscription-free service and continuous 24/7 recording which is a massive plus for this camera.
I do wish it supported SD cards larger than 128gb.

Eufy’s are great! Works great- lets me know what’s going on around my place when I’m not there. I have it set to ping my phone when there is motion detected. Works wonderfully with the solar.

eufy SoloCam failed after 2 months. The eufy SoloCam lost its connection to the wifi after 2 months of operation. No amount of rebooting would restore it. The assistance from eufy was useless.

It was exactly what I wanted after careful research.
