Best office chair. I have used many office chairs. My new Serta Big & Tall Commercial Office Chair with Memory Foam is great. I can sit and work long hours without getting back and or leg pain. This chair also rolls very smooth on my wood floor. The high back on this chair makes coffee break time relaxing. I would like to talk my wife into buying 6 more Serta Big & Tall Commercial Office Chairs to use around our dinning room table. Comfort in work, Comfort in dinning. A decent chair. The item is pretty comfortable, but a bit stiffer than I thought it would be. I ordered the ivory, thinking it looked like an off white. It was actually a taupe.

The chair is super comfortable and my husband was able to assemble it in under an hour. My only complaints are that it came scratched on the arm handle, but I didn’t want to return it and wait for another chair. Also the back was not leveled correctly but it’s honestly not an issue. Overall, it’s a great purchase!

Purchase at your own risk. I purchased this Sept. 11th, 2019 and the armrests and seat are falling apart. The leather is cracking and coming off on the armrests and it is splitting in the seat. I have never had a chair do this. I noticed it starting to crack in June and I started searching for replacement for the armrests. You cannot find them. Then I noticed the seat coming apart as well. Maybe they had a bad shipment of leather. I wrote the company a month ago with photos and never got a response. It isn’t even a year old yet.

I’m a big man. This chair holds up. I ordered this chair 3 months ago. I love it. It supports all of my 400lbs. This chair is very sturdy. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Do Not Buy from this Manufacture. one of the arms came damaged right out the box. Emailed the manufacture with photos and my receipt. No one has yet to reach out to me. I called the manufacture on 4/19/23 and they did not assist me and told me to wait for an email. Worst customer service. I would not purchase from this manufacture again. Best chair ever. I am big and tall and this is perfect. Comfortable sturdy the Cadillac of chairs. Won’t regret it promise. Set so soft all adjustable love it I work 12 hours sitting and love it.

Not great for Short people. Im 5’3″ and I can only use tilt with my tippy toes. Floor to seat is min 17″. It is a little too deep and doesnt support your back while typing. Looking at the pic online w/Dimensions I thought it was 24″ wide. It is only 21″ between arms. I cant get the Tension under chair to move and I barely feel a difference with Lumbar knob all the way tight. It is comfortable to sit in but not while typing. I do like the wheels but dont work as well on a Floor mat. There is a gap on left side between back and seat. Must be due to holes being off during manufacturing.

big chair for big man. im 6’4 350.. so far feels secure and sturdy.. im always weary sbout furniture. no creaks or anything. i feel confident sitting in it. i love how big it is. all the way up is actually a little too high for my legs. thats a good feeling

bery large chair and great price for capacity. very good chair for big persons. seat is extra wide and arm design does not pinch thighs. bottom gas piston is so strong that it doesnt sink at all when you sit down. drawbacks are that the arm foam will deform over time. constant leaning onto arm will leave impression in arm foam. also the neck support feels too far forward, bit the support can be removed or not installed at all.

Great Chair. Big enough and tall enough for big%26tall people, not just oversized people. Comfortable. The arms need to be a little more flexible in the downward direction. Other than that, it’s a go for me 🙂

Great solid heavy duty chair, easier with 2 person. Assembly was difficult for me being a bi-lateral amputee of legs. Two people are required if ur unstable on your feet. A A A bit awkward to hold parts in place while lining up bolts.

Fantastic work chair. This is by far the biggest chair I have had. It is very sturdy and padded. I added a soft cushion for my back since I lean forward just a little when working. The wheels are great and smooth. I would buy this chair 10 out of 10 times. I recommend this chair.

good big and tall budget chair. low key i needed a new chair for my YouTube channel BigChrisVibes. The chair was hard to put together just backrest of the seat, but besides that its a pretty good heavy duty chair. Im over 500lb and it feels very comfortable.

Nice sturdy chair for large framed peeps! This chair is amazing, It is definitely for large framed folks. I’m a good sized person and still have plenty of room on either side of the seat. It is very comfortable and built well. The base is heavy duty and the wheels are thick rubber so it will not tear or scratch up any flooring, which is very nice. So far so good.

Great Comfortable Chair for Big Guys. Extremely comfortable desk chair, you’ll have no trouble sitting in it for an extended period of time during the day. The wheels move very well, if you’re on a hard surface it glides smoothly across the floor. I like the arms on the chair, the articulation makes it extremely comfortable and if you want them out of the way you can move the arms completely out of your way. The headrest is nice, I think I’m going to look for a padded cover or gel cover to make it more comfortable. It sits pretty high, I wish it were able to sit just a little higher, but the height is comfortable.
Unfortunately after four months of use one of my wheels broke; it looks like the welding inside was damaged and the wheel fell off the post. I’ve reached out to the company [I bought the extra warranty], and they responded immediately, as in the next day, and solved the problem immediately. They offered to send two new wheels to me. Great customer service!

Love my chair! I am enjoying my new chair! It is large and comfy, fits easily in my office, and it is PINK!! I did have a little bit of help putting my chair together, my son and granddaughter finished putting the top on the bottom of the chair and attaching the arms.
