Convenient and Hygienic Addition to My Kitchen. The motion sensor works flawlessly, opening the lid as soon as it detects my hand. This feature is incredibly convenient, especially when my hands are full or dirty. The lid opens and closes smoothly and quietly, which I appreciate because it doesn’t startle anyone in the middle of the night.

so cool! these are definitely so cool and we have gotten so many compliments on these from guests in the past month! never thought id say that about garbage bins lol. everyone loves the no touch feature, it opens and closes as soon as you wave your hand on top. the kids definitely enjoy it too and think it’s the coolest thing ever. these are battery operated so keep extra in case, but the batteries should last a long time! we havent needed to replace ours and we have been using this since day 1. we kept one in the bathroom and just opened the 2nd one to put in the basement. really like these and the size is great too! perfect for the bathroom and basement where large items aren’t accumulated often in our house.

i really like the notch for the inner liner. our other bins dont have this feature and sometimes it’s annoying to try and snap it out to remove the bags. this is one design that i really wish other manufacturers would incorporate! this makes it so smooth to remove the liner and remove the bags. but i love the no touch feature the most! so now i think i need to get a bigger size for the kitchen lol

Poor shipping. Item arrived damaged as well as shipping box. In order to correct the issue it requires me returning a large shipment to the store. This is extremely inconvenient and hard to do. Nine stars has a paper in the item that states to call them with issues but then when you call they say call the store.

Best motion-detecting can for tiny spaces! I love the size of the can because I needed one that would fit in a tiny space after my small bathroom was reconstructed. The sensor works very well, opening the lid whenever something comes close to the can. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Not as expected. Just got these and opening under lid is too narrow and will be difficult to put trash in.
Too many parts to mess with and one trash can already won’t open as it is supposed to even with new batteries.

The motion sensor works well; I just wave my hand, and the lid opens up immediately. It stays open for a bit, which is helpful when I need to throw away multiple items at once.

They are the perfect size for a bathroom. The waterproof design is a plus, especially in humid environments. The sealing lid helps hide unsightly feminine product wrappers and contain any odors. I put one in my guest bathroom.

You set me the wrong item!!!!!! You sent me a black plastic trash can!!! I am so mad right now. I do not want to go into the store to exchange that’s why I ordered online. Walmart is miserable to shop and that’s why I ordered online online. I want the correct order. I am call customer service to complain.

Lid malfunctioning. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ninestars 21.1 gallon trashcan motion sensor I recently purchased. This is the second trashcan of this model I have bought, as I initially attributed the malfunctioning lid of the first one to user error.
However, the second trashcan also has a faulty lid, indicating a potential product defect. I am very disappointed with this experience and would strongly advise others against purchasing this particular product.

Cheap thin plastic but they do work. I bought these on Black Friday for a great price. Obviously too good to be true. These cans listed as around $139 which I find hard to believe. This price was obviously marked up to seem like a great Black Friday deal. They are small which I expected BUT they are also flimsy and I find it hard to believe all these positive reviews. I can’t believe anyone would pay a hundred and thirty something dollars for thin flimsy, cheaply made cans. 1 of them was dented on both sides making the lid not fit properly. They do automatically open as described but that’s about it. Started a return but I have to take them back to the store myself.

Cheap quality rubbish containers. This rubbish container had an orig price of $99.99. No way is it worth anywhere near that cost. I bought it at 80% off, for $19.99. I don’t know if even say it’s worth that. The container is flimsy plastic, and the only part of value is the motion sensor lid. Flimsy materials and inferior craftsmanship. Would NOT buy again.

Very Unhappy customer!! My order was delivered, not in a box just as it and put on my porch. The top of the trash can was damaged, Im sure because of it was thrown in someone’s car and delivered as is. I paid to much money for my item to be delivered as if it was trash. Now Im having a hard time returning by Fedex because it needs to be in a box!! I shouldn’t have to pay for a box to return something that wasn’t delivered in a box!

Huge. I love that it’s a 20 gallon , I have one that is a 13 gallon and I didn’t realize this was so big. I purchased 2, one for me and one for my daughter.

Neatly clean! Touchless automatic trash cans are a blessing, especially when you are sick! I love being able to throw things away without having to open a lid. These 2 trash cans that I ordered are small enough to be next to chairs, beds, toilets %26 etc. while being neatly hidden away!
