3 Stars! Ok but a little overpriced. The chair is very confortable. I really like that it reclines, has 2 pouches and 2 cup holders on both sides of the chair and 2 more small pouches on the front side of the chair which are really convenient. The chair is not really a massaging chair, only vibration. I really wish there were higher intensities of vibration. It does make a lot of noise when you turn on the vibrator (i can hear it from right below it in the basement). The heating is great! Again, i wish there was different levels of heat. Got it on discount for pre-black friday sale and with my associate discount which was an ok deal but still feels like its a little overpriced. Probably should’ve saved my money for a therapy roller massaging chair instead. Overall the chair is great but only recommend it if you think the price is right.
Rated 3 stars just becuase vibration is too loud on hardwood floor and because there’s only 2 intensities of vibration.

Mom loves her power lift chair. This is a wonderful power lift chair for the money. The chair gives my Mom more freedom to get up and around. She is no longer stuck in the couch!!! It is easy to clean. Great value, too many features to list. Delivered to my front door ( it is heavy) and easy set up and connect.

Nice looking chair. It arrived in a box so big it would not fit through the door, no big deal, opened it in the yard, first brought the back piece in. Had to have help getting the base inside. Its heavy and bulky, had to turn it on its side and barely got it through the door. Set up was easy. Plugged it in and it works just like it is supposed to. The lift is quiet and works perfect. The heat and massage works like it is supposed to. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because of the construction. Right side arm is loose, I plan to turn the chair over and see if any bolts might be loose. I received the chair this week, the arm was loose. The arms have wrinkles. The remotes are 2 different sized wires, kept loosing them, so I zip tyed them together and am no longer loosing them. The seat and footrest and the back is not as padded as I would have wanted. You get what you pay for. Its a cheap chair, not sure how long it will last. But for now it works fine and looks good.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE!! This chair is horribly made! I bought for my mom and after a few weeks the arm on the chair broke. Found out the board in the arm of the chair broke. This purchase is a nightmare. I bought the add on insurance but I don’t know how to send this mess back to the manufacture.

Great quality product and customer service ! This recliner is everything the description says, comfortable, looks good no easy to assemble. I did have a little trouble connecting the controller for the heat and massage feature, but I received a response right after I emailed the supplier. They emailed me a video that showed what to do, it was easy and I did it without a problem.

Great chair for the price, overall happy with it. It’s not quite as long as I would like it to be, I’m 5’5” and my feet dangle off the foot rest a bit, and my head is higher than the back of the chair. I need this for comfort after neck surgery %26 it will be good, I just wish it was a little bigger %26 the cushions were thicker, I can feel the springs after sitting in the chair for awhile. The color of the lethaire recliner says black but it looks more grey/blue which was disappointing because I wanted it to match my black %26 brown living room. The description should say “vibration” because it only vibrates, it does not massage, which is fine for me, I assumed such, but the description is deceiving.

Cheap recliner. I ordered this recliner for my grandmother. We put it together and a hole was in the seat after a bad delivery within a week the lifter stop working as well.

Chair was broken at the foot part and not much cushion in the seat. The company never messaged me back about a replacement. I bought 2 and am very satisfied with the second one. The message part sucks, but what can you do. It was a little over 400.

This chair has everything. The chair is comfortable and spacious. It is really firm and does not sink in when sitting. The assembly was also fairly easy and took about an hour. Chair reclining is the best part. It has heating, massaging features as well.

Jonpony. The doesn’t stop lifting and pushed my dad face first onto the ground the first night the used it. Change the remote so when u take your finger off the button it stops. Also put more cushion in the chair to prevent the bar going across the chair from poking people.

Great Buy! Very soft leather %26 easy to put together. My step dad loves it. Has leg issues %26 it helps lift him out of chair. Just ordered another one.

Incorrect Item and/or website description. Item received was not the one I ordered via the Walmart website. The website stated that it would be shipped in 2 boxes. (it arrived in 1) and assembly would take about 5-15 minutes without any tools – meaning that the back slid onto and locked on the base.

The item received was in 1 box and totally disassembled (example: about 14 or so pieces (instead of just 2) and all the fabric compressed into plastic in which you had to decompress and assemble onto the bare bones wood frame that you had to construct (build yourself), then connect the wiring and then let it air out (outside) for 24 hours) – none of this was stated on the website.

Also, the metal frame appeared to be much smaller than advertised – possibly a kid’s chair. Item was returned to the local Walmart for full refund.

Okay with the lift chair but not the delivery. It took over 30 minutes to get the cover on the chair’s right arm frame because of the roughness of the plywood frame. After sanding all the edges on the chairs left arm frame the cover went on in 5 minutes. It was not delivered on time. It was supposed to be in late on Friday, then on Saturday, we waited all day, then on Monday. Received a message that the label was unreadable. We tried to coordinate with the UPS driver. My wife had a doctor’s appointment on Tuesday and we kept trying to figure out when the driver was coming. We simply requested that he knock or ring the doorbell and help us get inside the door. He came while we were both home. We heard a noise and before my wife could get off of the couch and to the door, he quickly left it on the porch took a picture and left. we are both seniors and I have leg braces on both legs. we had to call a friend to come over to get it inside. Okay with the recliner but not with the delivery.

Reclining lift chair. It was easy to assemble and came with tools, but we used our own. The cushions expanded nicely after being vacumed packed. The chair is lightweight and a little flimsy for heavy use, vibration is soft, and the lift is slow. It’s smaller than expected, but it looks nice, and it’s comfortable. It’s not a long-term chair.
