Getting a plan is the most difficult part. While it was easy to connect the cameras, getting a plan was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! You can’t just connect your cameras and get a plan it’s a ridiculously, inconvenient process that the customer service representatives can NOT handle. I’ve been on the phone for 2 days with customer service and still I have no plan. Camera’s work nicely, they alert me when there is movement or noises but they can not record anything without a plan. But getting a plan is the most difficult part. None of their plans are posted on any of their sites. Even in the app if you click my plan it advises to go to the website. If the option my plan is on the app Why can’t I just get a plan on the app I downloaded? Why do I need to get more apps for a plan?

Great but short wire. The camera and app work great, my main complaint would be that the wire is to short

The quality was good. And the charging cord was way too small and the mounting to the wall couldn’t view what you wanted to view.. I need a replacement dog pulled it off the dresser because I couldn’t I mount to the wall

This camera surpassed my expectations. Its tracking is significantly better than my outdoor PoE cameras. Perhaps that’s due to its indoor placement? The dual lens resembles my varifocal camera in my other system outside. The key difference is that it records both focal lengths at a reduced resolution simultaneously. It recently received a firmware update that added RTSP, though it has a limitation of a single 1080p view. I hope this technology will eventually be available for outdoor use.

I also own the 2K Pan & Tilt Eufy Camera, and this one is a significant upgrade. With features like 4K resolution and 5G Wi-Fi, the 3x optical zoom is fantastic! I recently switched from Arlo, which currently lacks cameras with optical zoom. Eufy appears to be leading the way in security technology. I’m very pleased I made the switch to Eufy!

I’m switching from Blink cameras to Eufy, and this one is the best so far. It outperforms the Blink mini indoor by a long shot. Although it’s pricier, it’s definitely worth it. I can now monitor my entire shop interior with just one camera instead of three Blink cameras, and even with three, I wasn’t capturing all the angles. The picture quality, especially the zoom, is significantly better. Eufy produces excellent cameras, and I’m excited to eventually transition to them completely.

I am very impressed with this camera. I own 29 Nest cameras, 7 S350, and 3 S330 outdoor models. The Eufy cameras offer better resolution and allow for quick access to saved past events. There are three options for saving files: a memory card in the camera, HomeBase, and the cloud. I will definitely purchase more.

Absolute garbage. It will explain exactly how to hook your bank account to pay them money. But forget about how to view video unless they get some money up-front. Stay away!

I have been gradually upgrading my outdated security system with all Eufy cameras, both indoors and outdoors. I purchased just one of these to ensure it meets my indoor needs before buying more. I’m very impressed with this camera and highly recommend it. I need to get a few more to complete the indoor setup. Setting up this camera with the Homebase 3 was straightforward and took about 5 minutes (not including the firmware update). The combination of Homebase 3 (with a large SSD added) and the cameras, along with the Eufy Security app for iOS and Alexa integration, creates a fantastic and versatile system. One suggestion I have is for Eufy to consider adding an extra 4 to 5 feet to the included USB-C power cable, as the 6-foot length is a bit short. In my opinion, Eufy is the best system I’ve installed over the years, having replaced our security system three times in the past 31 years to keep up with technology.

Improvements. Ai is a little gltichy! Detects animals as humans sometimes. Would be better if it had color night vision, and even better if it had true color night vision!

Love it. So I bought this today for $20 at Walmart yes I have Wi-Fi in my car. It’s a newer vehicle and I’m looking to get a second one like what I got today tomorrow and that means I’m gonna have three dash cameras because of what happened this past week in Lafayette with the Uber Driver I’m not about to let that happen to me.

Works perfectly for what I want it for , only small down fall is that when you click on the notification for sound detected you have to have a plan(basic is 3.99 a month so not too bad) to see and hear the sound it detected

horrible worthless garbage. This is a worthless piece of junk. It comes unpaired if you bump it. You can only use it while you are at home. As soon as you leave and disconnect your phone from the Wi-Fi you can’t check in on your pets. please don’t waste your money. Every day it takes me 20 minutes to set it up.

Can be better but for the price is not bad. the overall performance is good, it keeps up with sny motion alert and it has a clear view but the only thing I can say I dont like is the two way communication when I try to talk through the camara you can barely hear anything and is very low but if you just want it to have a general view of the indoor area its a good little camara
