This product is effective and performs well. I would suggest adding an option for an additional base for larger coverage and offering more accessories, as it only includes three socks. We bought the Owlet sock during our travels when we forgot this one, and Eufy is far superior. Eufy communicates in English, while Owlet plays music, leaving you in the dark about your child’s situation at night. We returned the Owlet once our trip was over, and I was happy to have our Eufy back.

No longer addicted. I bought 3 pair of socks, 2 were just too lightweight. Trying to get a refund from Socks Addict is a royal pain. First it is difficult to find where on the website to go to begin a return, then even though I was returning two of the same pair I had to complete the form for both pair. Then I was repeatedly kicked off when I got to the final step. After several attempts I finally got to the question how to I want the refund and there is a “restocking fee” on a refund … really? I ended up taking store credit to keep from loosing my money, I clicked on that option and then on “continue shopping” and when I put the socks in the cart and went to check out the refund amount wasn’t there. I could have worn out a pair of socks in the time it took to complete the return and order. I printed out my return label and apparently I have to pay for the return shipping. Im done with Socks Addict and will gladly shop locally or through Amazon where returns are as simple as can be and prepaid.

Purchased for my newborn daughter. I have experienced no connection issues in my two-bedroom apartment, the battery life is impressive, and it consistently shows her BPM. I would definitely buy this again and plan to choose Eufy products for any future children.
